It is easy and userfriendly. Also the support is available to help at most times, so if I have difficulties it is easy to get help. It is also very easy to design and make templates in.
There are a few features that I would like to have - for example I could use an autosave feature, since it (unfortunately) often happens to me that I mistakenly close the window and all progress is lost.

Bloomreach combine the best tools a marketer needs with little time spending on integration. The possibility to match analytics behaviour with crm data is just amazing. I would like to say as well that the assistance is well prepared and really fast.
Compared to other tools sometime the "query" in the scenario/campaign seems limited. Can happen that you need to create objects outside the scenario just to enable it.

I would like to receive more in depth data analytics. It is often difficult to find certain data points using the metrics tab and the dashboard could offer more.

Every time I have an issue, support team offers very quick and complete solutions. Team members are also very friendly and always seems happy to answer and help.
The least helpfull or least user friendly would be the jinja usage. Some of them are very extens, specially concerning data format adaptation.

I had worked in a similar service before, as I thought at the time, but no. Compared to bloomreach it was much weaker in terms of functionality. Here I can implement all my ideas, it is a great tool for marketing.
I think the only thing I do not like, so it is difficult to master for beginners, but gradually learning everything from the manuals becomes clear how to work.

How easy the site is the navigate. I know exactly what I'm doing when I'm doing it, I don't have to waste time.
I'd say if there's anything to improve upon it'd be the ability to make folders to store campaigns more easily - however, the tags effectively do the same thing.
