Connect is more professional looking than the other products on the market. The other players look like they came from the Windows 95 era in comparison. Adobe has a slick black and modern look to it that says "professional." But looks alone are not real-world use. Connect has great screen sharing and VoIP connections. The "Pods" are a core element that has helped me to get people setup because I can share files immediately, especially with the participants that seem to never read the memos to download files before the session. The chat panel, participant list, ability to make someone else a presenter and ease of use are all great and have ease of use that is as good as it gets.
I am using the hosted version of this software and that means that I pay for an annual subscription. Unfortunately Adobe has not made the scheduling features of the full product available to the cloud-based users like me. That means no sign-up sheet, no per event schedules, no integration with Outlook calendar and overall no scheduling. Compare that to WebEx, where my clients typically host a session and with just an email from them it is part of Outlook. If you have an installed base, they have an add-in that was written in VisualStudio 2010, but that is not available for cloud hosted users. Why the Outlook integration and more also important to me scheduling for self-signup is not in the cloud version is a shortcoming. Other products might have scheduling for hosted products, but I don't use other products unless my clients are hosting the sessions. Because I teach some courses or product update sessions that would benefit from self signup, this missing feature set, which is available if you install it on your own server, is a big missing piece to me. Because it lacks self-service signup, I must collect emails, create a reminder, send out instructions manually, etc. This is till a fantastic product in all other aspects and it outclasses the other tools that I have leased for on-line training.
Like so many others, this has cut travel time and contained expenses for my needs. There are many other tools available, but the professional look of Connect and ease of use are winners for me. Except for the lack of scheduling, the cloud hosted product has been fantastic here for cost containment, professionalism and ease of use.

Adobe has helped me to be able to communicate in groups, it has given me the ease and to improve my work and have excellent communication with my staff in general, its easy use and excellent functions help me daily, I do not change it for any other software.
Adobe Connect is easy to use, the UI is simple, intuitive, and streamlined. In general Connect functions smoothly without crashes or freezing and does everything it needs to without excessive clutter. It is full of useful features such as polls, file sharing, 'raise hand' and 'reaction' buttons, 'step away', presenter controls for muting attendees, and markup. The process of joining a meeting is easy - the presenter sends a link out, you click the link, enter your name, open the app or use the web version, and you're in! Joining audio is just as simple and functions very well regardless of the peripheral (speakers, microphone, headset) being used.
There are few downsides to Adobe Connect, if any. The only issues I've had are from presenters not utilizing the tools available to them, particularly not muting attendees that have excessive background noise. With an experienced presenter, Adobe Connect has no real issues.
I have taken classes for both work and school, conferenced with teachers, and viewed recorded classes and seminars as well. The ability to attend a live class, complete with interactions with students and the teacher, remotely from anywhere in the world, has made education much easier to accommodate. My company saves money by being able to send a group to a class without paying for travel, setting aside a meeting room, providing food, etc. We as students benefit by being able to attend a class from home, in our PJs, with no need to add mileage to our vehicles or arrange for childcare.

With this I can give myself the task of configuring the design of your room as early as you want or reusing the designs over and over again. • Access to a large number of add-ons (such as clocks, timers, interactive word clouds, random participant selectors, etc.), many of which are free. • A good variety of pod types that are different types of surveys, file sharing, questions and answers, blackboard (with the ability for participants to make notes). • You have several ways in which you can share your screen: share your entire desktop, share selected windows or share selected applications. • Ability to have multiple hosts for a meeting and easily promote a participant for the Presenter or Host position on the go. • Meeting rooms, ability to record meetings with options for computer or telephone audio (including capacity link on external telephone conference lines), commitment meters and, I believe, virtually all features offered by most similar platforms . • Ability to pause the webcam, instead of having to stop it and restart it (and, when paused, shows the last image it was showing before pausing it).
Without multiple screens, you cannot see the room while sharing the screen, which makes it more difficult (but not impossible) to monitor the chat and, I think, it is not possible to see other's webcams. No function call me. Enough expensive.

I have tried to find out what problems Adobe connect has but in vain, there are very few of them. I know people have found it hard to find some features in relation with those of the interface of Adobe connect. That may be the biggest issue simply because there are way many and many features displayed on the interface. This could be confusing for some first time users.
Ever since i started using Adobe Connect, my life especially at work has become a lot more simpler. I can hold meetings with my colleagues without having to meet then physically but also formulating presentations and sharing them with my workmates is just overwhelming.

This is a great tool to use to connect with a team of people. Typically we use it when we are doing training company wide so people from all over the nation can join. It allows for conversations, quizzes, video, and many other tools during the presentation/meeting. I would recommend for other businesses to use this, especially for training.
Sometimes it can be hard to connect since you can create various classrooms. I think it would be beneficial if certain classrooms were "disabled" when they aren't in use or if users have a specific code they need to input before they can join.

Adobe Connect can be set up for any size of meeting. If you are taking registrations outside of Connect, you can easily upload a list into the tool and specify what event these participants can join. You can record the sessions and then choose whether to download the recording or keep it within the tool and share the content via URL. You get to choose password protection or public. You get to choose whether to upload the slide presentation in advance OR 'share' the presenters screen. Choose breakouts - or not, choose audience participation - or not, choose polls or multiple-choice questions - or not. There are so many different options and settings, you literally can customize your own perfect event.
I like all of it! In the beginning, we were concerned because there is no external telephone number to 'dial in'. So we included a warning about this in our confirmation materials and not 1 person has had a problem with it.

Lamentable que pase esto con una empresa tam seria como ADOBE Desde que la instale estoy teniendo problemas con el audio en mis reuniones y he buscando en la configuración de la app y de mi móvil pero sigo con la falla No permite copiar los comentarios de los participan en la conferencia ni los links que alli se comparten y en verdad que es muy necesario No deja ver los enlaces de grabación, antes dejaba... muchos tenemos el tiempo de ver las grabaciones en desplazamientos por la ciudad, obviamente desde el celular. La aplicación no permite ver clases grabadas, cuando se pone el link del vídeo lo que hace es redirigir al navegador y el mismo no permite observar bien el vídeo La app no me funciona, en plena clase la voz empieza a entre cortarse, la imagen se detiene No puedo ver mis clases en open english y antes si la veía Es imposible ver mis clases grabadas ... la aplicación abre un enlace de navegador y luego le pide que obtenga Adobe Flash Player ... ¡Es ridículo en Android 7 o superior! Inicialmente funcionaba muy bien, pero actualizaron y solicita una versión de flash que no existe para las versiones de celular 7.0
