What do you like best about 800.com?

It solved our issue of having a professional phone number that customers can trust. The fact this service is so cheap is incredible - I pay more for my personal line.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Sometimes it seems like the audio quality via 800 is not as good as my regular phone. But I guess it's normal considering it's a different technology. Overall I can hear and understand people.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

800 helps us maintain an appearance of a professional business that has a toll-free number, while still giving us the flexibility to use our mobile phones to answer calls.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Ease of use for phone and fax. It also keeps track of items sent for review at a later date. Also, I like that I am notified if a fax or call comes into my email.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I don't like the fax cover sheets. It does not write what I put into the fax. I would like it if someone from the company would call me to correct my fax issues. Might it be something I'm doing wrong?

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly the ease of use. I like the paperless aspect of the fax number and the sending of documents via fax. I like the ease of use of the 800 number for my clients, and the number is forwarded to my cell phone.

My favorite thing is that I've never had an issue. That's important for a business.

Nothing so far. Maybe if the price were a little lower. But I'm sure that's with everyone.

Doesn't really help me solve any problems. It's good to have a toll-free number I think for any business, so perhaps that.

The user-friendly interface is excellent for non-tech-savvy people. The customer service team was exceptional whenever I had questions, which is very important to me.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The only thing that would be helpful is how easy it is to find the bills. I sometimes get stuck on the interface to see the monthly bills.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

If I can find the bills easily I can submit my expense report faster.

What do you like best about 800.com?

We were able to get a much-needed 800 number within minutes for our patient care hotline. When we came across an issue we did not understand, their support was friendly and attentive to a quick resolution. The call analytics are beneficial with our multiple locations. We can see how many calls, duration and where our staff are receiving and making them.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I wish there were more local prefixes available for our area.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a hotline for patients to call in and be able to distribute those calls through a group. We set that up very quickly, and it works well with notifications if we miss one.

Just works. Calls are forwarded to your smartphone or landline--or to multiple lines, which made life easy. My business partner and i never missed sales inquiries. Customer service actually solves issues.

Setting up voicemail and phone tries were a little counterintuitive, but very effective once done.

We get presence, credibility, and an easy way for our clients to reach us at a very affordable price.

We never thought we would be able to find our vanity business phone number but it was easy and simple to set up! I'm notified immediately of messages and it's "set it and forget it" easy! Very glad we signed up when we did!

The dashboard is a little generic and the data isn't that useful for us but we don't have hundreds of calls a day.

It helps solidify our brand and, with the answering system, I don't feel like I'm misssing any calls

The only downside, as a Canadian company, i would like to see a fixed charge in the Canadian dollar. Instead of a US dollar charge.

What do you like best about 800.com?

800.com made it a super simple process to search for a phone number that would work for us and even easier to start using it. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the number I wanted, I could immediately set up forwarding for the number online. They even called and emailed me afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if I had any questions. A very friendly company that I will continue to use in the future!

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I don't have many downsides to think about with 800.com. I did run into one issue when purchasing my 800 number, though. When I got to the payment page, it kept giving me an error message so I had to call. They told me to just buy any other number and then they'd assign the one I wanted, which is what I did. Not a huge issue since it all got resolved but as a first-time customer it made the process a little more difficult then it needed to be!

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

They're solving the complexities of purchasing an 800 number. I had no previous knowledge on how the process worked at all and then when I found 800.com the whole process was just very clear and straightforward. Without them, I would be lost and without a personalized 800 number.
