It provides a lot of features which are pretty effective for a small team

After a month of using Zoho Recruit it has enabled us to track candidates (easily import, parse, even add pictures), link them to jobs, email directly from Zoho and truly organize our recruiting efforts. The web based look and feel makes it easy to use and disseminate information internally.
So far we have not figured out how to customize emails or link candidates to jobs for interviews without emailing candidates. There are also steps in the process which we would like to see. These could simply be our lack of knowledge around these specific items.
In our first 29 days of using the system we have closed a job, tracked activity, managed our candidates and clients effectively and it has added organization to our efforts.
Our organization has enjoyed having everything in one place for all our recruiting efforts.
There was a little bit of a learning curve for our team which caused a little confusion around understand how the tool works

I have just started using the system to give an extensive review but the worst I could is that the initial set up was a little slower than I would have preferred, but once set up it was very easy to use. It is also very easy to customize the Zoho recruit system to be exactly how we want it.
The long list of options may get someone lost at the beginning but keeping a concrete list of what you want to achieve with Zoho Recruit can be help ease you into using it. Regardless of your company size, Zoho Recruit brings the entire recruitment process together in one easy to use package and allows for a more streamlined approach to hiring.
We are using Zoho to unify all our recruitment. We currently only have our email system to track all out candidates which is not efficient and the use of Zoho should make the system more streamlined and easy for both the recruiter and the stakeholders.

Custom ATS for my unique business needs
I like the ease of use. No training was needed. Zoho allows you to adjust your plan to fit the needs of your business. There is a free version offered, which was beneficial when I started working with the software.
I would like to have a notification feature available. The free version is limited but useful for applicant tracking and not too much else. Depending on needs that is sufficient.
ATS process flows
I know ZOHO already as a CRM and I am familiar with the suit. It works very well and the functionality is all we need.
No login area for customers where thy can have a look through the candidate profiles.
It is our working backbone.
Custom Views and different stages help me find the exact people I need to contact. Using tags and resources to achieve this increases my efficiency
The fact that you cant search between all options
Organizing and having a time stamp on activity is going to be the most important feature for my accountability
I like the fact that it is open to complex customization and scalable. You are able to pick the fields you want to use or see. You can also link the application to other zoho services such as email and docs.
I would like to see the resume within the view for quick screening. If I am parsing from a doc the resume is not automatically entered in the fields. I am still trying to figure it out.
I like the fact that i can use it with other services and customize. It is an advantage.
Zoho provides a lot of modules can fit to different needs and create the template corresponding to different situation.

That you can manage your own style. For example, choosing what column values to display on a certain table.

I really loved the out of box features, that enabled us to start benefiting from the product right away!
Some of the translation was not very well, and we could not fix the translation issues manually, ending up with funny translations here and there.

The price! Very reasonable. I am speaking with one of the Zoho consultants to see if I can integrate an invoice function into the ATS (so it acts as a total CRM system).
Layout needs work, it is not as aesthetically please as some of the other platforms.
To be honest I have just started my trial so I haven't solved any business problems yet, but I intend to use it primarily as an ATS for my recruitment agency.
