Simplicity. It's an easy platform to use while still allowing users a great deal of flexibility for various use cases. Learned how to use it in under a day due to the clean UI and smooth UX. We had one issue which the team quickly solved for us.
Honestly, nothing. It's done exactly what was promised and for a reasonable price.

The automation that happens in the background when deploying assessments, the calculations in the background are very helpful.
The fact that it sometimes changes the total mark allocation and the same group of people will have either 8/10 or 10/11 for the same assessment, that being said could be a setting.

Using it primarily on MS teams for education would have been splendid if it integrated with the grades tool in MS Teams

I use the test portal to test students' knowledge. It is an effective tool. I am more productive.
We loved how easy Testportall is to understand and to use. There are multiple tutorials which guide you through the whole ussage process. Another important point is that the contact person from Testportal always responds quickly to questions and is always eager to help.
At the moment we do have nothing to critisize.

The interface is nice and easy with the different tabs showing for the different items. I feel that giving the average score and the results received at one go is very helpful
If you lock the test, you cannot edit it and have to start building a test from scratch. sometimes mistake happen and do not want to start from the beginning! Addition of this feature will be very helpful.
We have a commitment and obligation to demonstrate effectiveness through the training delivered to our people. Therfore a solution like this demonstrates whether the test is effective or ineffective.
I liked the old end page of the test, now is too complicated for my needs.
They make changes without asking about the user's needs. If you want to work on this system all year round, you may be surprised when they introduce changes and you will have to re-train staff and students what to do.
