What I like best about Rippling is that we can use it as a one-stop shop. I can easily see when other co-workers are out of the office and our org charts along with seeing all of my benefits in one location.

I don't currently have anything I dislike about Rippling.

Before we used Rippling, it was the Wild West for my organization. I never knew my remaining PTO balances for the year with our acrual schedule, but Rippling calculates that for me so I can easily see what my remaining balances are.

All HR tools can be found in one simple place. I like that I can view my benefits, request time off, and review all of my paystubs each payment period. It makes everything extremely simple for employees like myself!

I have nothing but positive feelings about Rippling so far. I've used it at my past two workplaces and I wouldn't want to use anything else. So far no complaints from me!

I had some issues on our last HR service with changing my address for my tax information after moving to a different state and Rippling couldn't have made it easier to resolve.

Hello Hero has a support system that consists of people in several departments. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful from the initial interview to onboarding and meetings. I felt a sense of knowing that there was always someone to contact with questions or support. I truly have enjoyed everyone I have met and worked with.

As of now, I honestly have no concerns. Everything is working well.

My relationship manager is available by email or phone. I've always had quick responses to emails. We also have meetings to "check-in" which is helpful.

Currently, I'm loving the Time Off feature. It's really nice to see projected PTO balances that take into account currently scheduled vacation days. In other tools, I had to keep a separate spreadsheet to double-check their counting. Separately, the benefits onboarding flow was really simple.

The built-in password manager RPass is pretty lacking. Its browser plugin was clunky and it crucially lacked a mobile and desktop app. I migrated our company to use 1Password instead.

Rippling is doing HR software better than any other tool. Many vendors have tried and failed to solve this (seemingly simple) need for solid HR software. Before knowing about Rippling, we tried other vendors and had frustrating experiences with them. They'd mess up vacation policies, issue invalid W2s, and their user interfaces were a nightmare to navigate. Rippling finally figured out how to do this well and I'm thankful for that.

I like how it takes the same concept as ADP to a whole new level but sync'ing everything in one spot: Payroll, 401K, Profit sharing, & health benefits (..etc)!

Was very easy as an employee to review, select and complete the enrollment, and there are clear links and documents on all plans

Only complaint would be when I had to log out and back in it made me answer a few questions to catch up to where I left off

When doing benefit selection, being able to see a comparison to last year's costs side by side would have been nice.

I find it very easy to use! Simple and effective. I like most that its an all in one stop shop. I can see everything my company wants to share with me and its easy to access.

Not anything. I find it easy to navigate. I havent used it for that long but it has been simple to use and I dont feel I need additional guidance from anyone on how to access what I need.

It makes it super easy to access my company documents and all the tools my company offers me. I find that usually I wouldn't be able to see what everyone in the company does so I love this feature.

I wish I could get into the individual insurance benefits (e.g., find a provider) from within Rippling.

Rippling is a very efficient way of handling HR needs. Everything is laid out so nicely in one place, and I have access to all the information I need without searching many places.

Rippling's interface is very intuitive to use. I appreciate how fast I can get a reimbursement, sign up for insurance, request time off... Rippling is a powerful tool and I'm grateful our organization has adopted it

I'm not sure if it was a Rippling issue as much as it is an Anthem issue, but I selected the gold PPO plan through their platform but I was given silver PPO. Rippling was quick to connect me to Anthem and HR so the issue was resolved relatively quickly.

I love that I'm able to track all of my reimbursements, time off, and payroll. The interface is so simple that I haven't had any issues with finding important documents or getting things done

The prompts on the home page point you in the right direction. The interface is user friendly and easy to use.

I do wish there was a function where I could search to find a specific page within Rippling.

They are making is easy and fast for employees to take care of all the things they need to in Rippling.

Rippling is very easy to use and is clearly organized, so I always know where I need to go to find the information I'm looking for. I haven't used competitor products, so I can't really compare.

Sometimes Rippling makes me log in even after immediately using the tool, which is randomly frustrating. Other than that, there's not much I dislike about the tool.

Rippling helps me manage my employee benefits and see all the information I need to see in one spot rather than accessing multiple tools, each with a different use case. It saves me time and energy ultimately.

I had a hard time finding the place to make my benefit elections at first but once I found it, it was very easy from there.

Helping keep all my benefit info, paystub info, etc. in one central place. Like knowing where to go to navigate and find everything I need there.

Its interface is simple and easy to use - love that it is BLOAT FREE. It's super convenient too to have benefits management, PTO, directory info, etc all in one place.

Team directory info on the rippling "new tab" vs the actual rippling site isn't always synced.

Clunky and overly complicated HR systems that are impossible to use.

This app is easy to use and is probably the best HR website Ive ever used

Rippling's Dashboard is very user-friendly. It makes it especially easy to access payroll information and time-off requests.

No notes--Rippling is a 10/10. Very intuitive and user-friendly experience.

As an admin, Rippling allows me to securely and easily access critical information from our team (addresses and time zones are super helpful, since our team is 100% remote). This saves me so much time since I don't have to organize and update that information manually, and it keeps everyone's info safe.

Good UI/UX and easy to navigate within the portal.

Linking to other web sites (e.g. HSA) can be improved with SSO.

HR management and it reduces the amount of HR personnel we need in the company.

I love how easy to use Rippling's interface is. While choosing different life insurance/benefit options it is a very clear process and the software makes it easy to make an educated decision!

I haven't noticed any negatives of using Rippling quite yet. I've really enjoyed clicking through all of the different features such as payroll, time off, etc. Thanks Rippling!

Rippling is making it easier for employees to make benefit selections, see paid time off, paycheck information as well as any job acceptance/setup that may be needed!
