What do you like best about Nextiva?

The fact that I have unlimited calls for my customers. Texts messages and others tools included to track work performance.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Pricing with taxes included, which makes a little pricey.

The transition from one single line to multiple lines in which we have a more effective communication as team and with the costumers as well.

A little bit of a learning curve for anyone who is not tech savvy

The customer service is excellent, and I have all the alternatives I need for my Business.

So far, there is nothing that I dislike.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

I tried other companies like Tresta and Google Voice, and Nextiva has everything I need in one platform for an affordable price. The other companies, one increases prices ridiculously, and the other one has terrible customer service, and you never are willing to speak with nobody.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Nextiva voip service helps route all of our daily incoming calls and we use their E-Fax to send all secure documents. It is a quick efficient service that saves us countless hours every year. The fax and voip is user-friendly, wasy to set up. It is great, we use it when we're out and about being mobile as well as in the office.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Nothing we have ran into anything yet, pricing for a small business is always a concern.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping us save time with our clients and Prospect clients in routing calls correctly to the right department.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

With Nextiva, you get 24/7 customer service and they are always very pleasant to speak to. At times, we call very frustrated because of an end-user's mistake or not finding a certain thing on the reporting side; but Nextiva has always helped in our time of need. They speak calmly and confidently. We look forward to many years with the Nextiva team!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The Nextiva One app is almost perfect, at times I may have to reload or reinstall it.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work in Healthcare and we speak to an abundance of people. We get calls from all over the World and our customer service team has to be up 100% from 8 am to 5 pm EST. Nextiva makes that easier for us. We love how flawless the apps work, and how easily we can track or transfer calls. The reporting features are also a great tool, we use those to report to our health plans.

I am new to Nextiva and still in the migration process, Nextiva assigned different teams for each step in the migration process, starting with Sales, each team worked with me and guided me through the migration process by breaking it down into straightforward steps. I am very happy with the Nextiiva team

I hope that Nextiva can develop a hub to let extesions able to make local call during the internet outage

Went on their website & got on chat support with an agent & he was fantastic. Took about 20 mins & fixed everything neccessary via Remote support and did everything I needed him to. Hope to be with nextiva for many years to come!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

No issues so far.. obviously takes time to setup everything but they help with that but once your account is up you should be fine!

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps me make calls and conduct business daily whether its from my office or cell phone.. I can always make calls off of my business phone number.

Great costumer service a at a tremendous savings. The onboarding process was straightforward.

Not sure yet. Seems like a great service.

I used to pay over $700/month for a live answering service. Nextiva's callflows and mobile app allows me to let customers help themselves with better outcomes, and review and answer important phone calls and a tenth of the cost.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The transition to Nextiva was straightforward, and setting up their service was very simple. We installed their apps on Windows computers and smartphones, all paired with our existing microphones and speakers. We also connected a couple of computers with Plantronics Voyager 5200 Bluetooth headsets, and everything is working great.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

So far, we haven't encountered anything we disklike.

Integrating calls to our cell phones for on-the-go.
