I love the fact that Less Annoying is easy to learn, simple to use on a daily basis with follow ups, and has great customer service. When I have a technical question, I get a response right away. I love it!!
There is nothing that I dislike about the product.
I am a travel agent and have a lot of clients who need to be contacted throughout the year. I am able to stay on top of all my different groups via pipelines. I have never been so organized as I am now.
I love that Less Annoying CRM is simple to use and small business friendly. Being able to set tasks for myself is a game changer and I am actually following up with leads for once!
I am still exploring and learning how to use the pipeline, and email sync, but so far there aren't any features I don't like.
I am following up on leads better than ever, and closing deals because of it.
Less Annoying is very user friendly, which was important to me initially due to the fact that I had never worked with CRM in the past. The customer service, especially in the beginning, was second to none. I am going to transfer all of the information to an IPAD next month, and I am confident that the transition will be stress free.
There is nothing about the Less Annoying product that I dislike.
As an outside salesman, my territory is the entire city of Chicago and several surrounding suburbs. As a new user to CRM, this has been beneficial in making my day to day activities much more organized.
I like the ability to keep track of prospects and their progress. It is also useful to keep notes on contacts, details such as family members, birthdays, hobbies, referrals etc Another very useful benefit from LSCRM is the calendar and work-space. I like the ability to keep track of my tasks, it keeps me up to speed.

Better control of time management
Simple and straight forward design helps our team do our work fast and efficient. We were up and running in hours with timely help from patient and knowledgeable staff that help us be successful in our first time using a CRM in our business.
There is not one thing I dislike about Less Annoying CRM! It fits into our daily work flow, helping us be very productive.
Keeping all the touches we have with companies and their people in one spot, visible on one screen is something we cannot work with out.
This software allows our company to keep all info, data, and events on our customers up to date, the convenient design is very flattering and easy to navigate. As a company who leads a five star reputation, we are determined to work with software that performs just as well. Since using this Software it has contributed a vital role in keeping things organized. We believe in working smarter and not harder and we love this CRM!
When our company is working on the go, we use this CRM to search through our clients files. Using the internet to navigate the CRM on our cell phones does require patience. Our company has hopes that in the future "Less Annoying CRM" will have a convenient and easier to navigate through app available for iPhone's and Androids.
Before "Less Annoying CRM" our company kept all files and information on our jobs and clients just in hard copy labeled files with papers that stacked up over time, as our company grew we knew we had to turn to technology to help this company move forward in our success. Needless to say we haven't looked back.
The ease of training and use of the product. The videos give step by step instructions in case you forgot how to use it. The task reminders allow you to set reminders that will send emails to your in box. You will never again forget to follow up on a customer or a project. Notes and emails are saved in each customer's account. I really like this product and have managed to get my boss to use it as well! Huge win for me.
Thus far there isn't anything I don't like. I use it daily and for our needs in our office, it's the perfect tool for us.
We are not losing customers by not following up on leads, sales, or problems. The benefit is the ease of the product.
I have been utilizing the Less Annoying CRM for all of my contracts for the past 4 years and I love it! I call it my second memory. It allows me to link individual email and Mail Chimp email communications to the system for ease of tracking conversations and provides so many other features at a great value. Having worked with other CRM systems that are very costly and not very user-friendly, the LACRM is a welcomed addition to my daily planning and workflow.
N/A. While it doesn't offer every detailed feature the higher priced CRM's offer, it is an excellent support system for the amount of monthly investment.
Organization, communications and tracking.
This CRM is straight forward and simple to use. We never saw the need to spend a ton of money on a complex system with tools we would never have use for.
The only issue that we have seen is with moving a company to another agent, we have to make sure to move all the contracts in that company also. The team says they are working on a fix to that.
We needed everything is one place, this is the CRM that we were looking for.
I am able to enter a free text note following each interaction with a customer (in my case pharmaceutical sales-healthcare provider) allowing me to link previous calls to current call, Business and personal information is easily at my fingertips!
not all of the capabilities of the program are accessible on the phone version. I have to switch to the "full version" which is not as visually appealing or readily navigable on the mobile device.
Ability to follow up on previous call with accuracy, I appear to have "fantastic" knowledge and information retention. i am also able to keep up with the personal aspect of relationship building and building rapport by nothing the names of all of te individuals in an office and their preferences. Thai has been impactful.
I like that I can customize with limited effort to suit my business needs.

We have migrated from multiple spreadsheets to track leads and contacts to capturing all of the information in one place that can be viewed by multiple users.
It is extremely simple to use and customizable.
Could use a couple more reports or graphs. Nothing major. Why is company name required if most of my clients are individuals?

Less Annoying CRM is the most intuitive program I have ever used. When I was looking for a new CRM, I asked two groups I participate for their recommendations. Then I read all available reviews, looked at the orientation videos on youtube and signed up for free trials for four systems. Here's what sold me on Less Annoying CRM: when I asked a question of support, they got back to me so quickly and with clear explanations. With other companies, the answers usually came several days later and the answers seemed to be programmed answers that reflected a keyword in my question. The programmed answers didn't answer the question, so I'd ask again.
I would like to be able to have the contact's photo without it being an attached file. I understand the company is working on this enhancement.
I can do targeted marketing much more effectively now. And it's actually fun to do it because it's so easy to accomplish.
The people !!! Everyone is always quick to respond & help with finding a solution. Easy to use. Replaced handwritten pages for certain record keeping in our company with the Pipeline Reporting. We can enter as many notes as we need, all in one place!! No more searching through a customer's file to read through printed e-mails, notes, etc. Also love that I can look customer info up on my phone when I am not in the office.
Wish we could customize more things such as reports and some functions - that would make it PERFECT!!!

LACRM allows for pipeline tracking, it's pretty customizable. It really helps the company as a whole to be on the same page about the last and most current conversations with our leads and clients.

Less Anoying is a software that is behind in terms of mobile application development for iPhone, I personally find myself limited to work with my mobile device, as it is not available. Another weakness that currently presents this service is that it has some templates with outdated designs and with limitations to make customization's to the desired taste, I think this can be improved in the coming years so that the service provides greater satisfaction to users who operate the system.
In our company we have been able to achieve multiple objectives thanks to the support of this CRM, since we can now manage all our clients, outline sales strategies, make constant improvements, provide personalized attention and work with much more agility than in previous years. The service is highly profitable for us and we consider that we feel quite satisfied working with this great tool such as Less Anoying.
It is simple, easy to use, and very cost effective. You can do things like set up and manage groups and the auto logging of emails is very good. Interface is decent but there are some improvements needed.
The scheduling feature is clunky. It is hard to set up important leads and calls for the future. That is better tracked in different software which reduces the effectiveness of the too.
We have a better handle of who our customers are and keep better notes.
We had previously used Outlook for our 4,000+ donor database. Less Annoying is so much easier to use...creating new clients and exporting is a breeze.
There may be a solution to this but we list the individual's donations under background information and not sure if I would be able to generate a report showing each donor's financial contributions.
