I can enter all my leads. Create opportunities and have 90 days, 60 days, 30 days pipeline. Also, my boss can keep a tab on my progress and this becomes like a regular reporting.
I have to login again even when I keep Insightly open on one of my browser tabs.
Using it for Sales and Sales forecast. I am able to keep a tab on past leads and opportunities.
Insightly CRM allows the company to integrate other apps with ease. The savings over more expensive CRM systems and paying a developer are great.
Reports are a little difficult but not too bad.
We are able to follow our customers and their specific projects with little effort. Using a CRM like this one means that each customer record reads like a book.

I needed the ability to associate a single person with multiple companies, multiple opportunities, multiple projects, multiple tasks, etc. Insightly does this. Others do not. I absolutely love it.

I enjoy the dashboard. It is simple to understand and shows you quantitative data to pull for reporting purposes. We also track the progress of our clients and can keep on top of the comms.
It is a little tricky to navigate the back end without training. If you have little to no experience with CRM systems, it can take a little while to learn the new approaches and identify a method that works for you.

The interface is very user-friendly. There is no downtime since we have been using it for over seven years. It is customizable and integrates with useful data storage i.e google drive and one drive.
There is nothing to dislike about this software apart from a few more features that can be added to manage finance and marketing in the same CRM. The direct email option can be updated too with some additional user-friendly features.

Able to see easily customers I have contacted all week/month
I find the comments section the most useful as different team members can update tickets with comments and then there is essentially a full handover of where the task is up to without needing to physically talk to another person
I find i use the dashboard section the least although i do not need to use it i find it the least useful to me
Solves issues with customers quickly and efficiently, the benefits of moving task to certain days is helpful and reminds me on which days tasks are to be done
