Celonis is on of the best process mining tool for process optimisation and process descovery we can also find deviation for the relavent process and improve iffencies . Also we can create dashboard to for actual view of our process .we can also perform automation.

Some dislike points which I have observed in celonis it's costier than other tools available in market . And the another is response time' sometimes they are very active with the perticular queries and cases. But sometimes it's take long and also not provide any resolution .

Celonis provide best dashboard creation tools we can also find out powerfull KPI for the relevant process as I'm in service now ITSM project so we have used KPIs like request closed, request opened,task on hold,average resolution time . We can also see the process overview in process explorer as well as number of varient for our process . Find root causes of our process . Perform actions engine , action Flow .

What I like most about Celonis is that it is a very interactive and user friendly process analysis tool. The tool also offers many useful features for process mining. Furthermore, implementation and integration are easy.

What I like least about the application is the fact that two users cannot edit the same view or dashboard.

Currently, Celonis helps me analyze processes and discover inefficiencies in processes. By discovering route causes and bottle necks, we are able to help teams continually improve their processes.

We can analysis the process in better way then other tool and also have more components to work,we can add the images to look good on dashboard and explore more .

Till now am didn't see any dislike in celonis process analysis.some times I got late mails from Celonis support team if get get better in Celonis will get much better.

Celonis is an amazing platform to boost your business processes by identifying the execution gaps and resolving them. It can handle a huge amount of data and transform them into information required to smooth the execution of your business. it can also provide automated actions required to make the process run more efficiently. They also provide a free learning platform. There are certifications for different levels of employees. The dashboards are visually appealing and easy to use.

Celonis being a powerful tool, It has its downsides too. 1. Difficult to learn and understand even though they provide a learning platform. 2. The time for implementation into the PROD environment is long. 3. Difficult to integrate into other applications.

I'm using Celonis for SAP ERP operations along with RPA tools for automation. The initial investment and effort were huge however the benefits realized were worth it. Once we added the logic behind for analysis it is easy to get the results in a few simple clicks in the future. It is quick and free of mistakes. The internal operations were more streamlined after celonis implementation which improved the operational efficiency and It increased business agility.

What's even more useful is the ability to utilize the KPI's built in Process Analytics and utilize them in the Action Engine to drive the process improvement over the time.

The way groups and user permissions are structured is definitely very robust and flexible but at times could be confusing to understand. I think a centralized user permissions console would be helpful.

We are currently using the tool for process mining and automation activities in the PTP business processes (data from Ariba and SAP-ERP systems) which has provided business the ability to look into some of the important KPI's, identifying deviations from the standard process/policies and taking necessary actions using the action engine.

Quick insights for relevant KPIs in Celonis.

I do not like the fact that these reports/dashboards cannot be exported automatically on regular basis as a pdf-file to some email-address recipient.

Mostly working with FI-area, so I am identifying vendors "with problems" and try to find a reason for non-touchless posting, for instance.

As title suggest, Celonis is powerful in identification of root cause of issue, thereby exposing process gaps and showing the opportunities for improvement. While traditional BI tools are in retrospect, capability to refresh with near real time data & visualize the bottleneck is useful. Also, product is now trying to center itself on action (rather than just reflecting the issue)

In enterprise setup, ease with which it can interact with other applications or authentications (Kerberos support) can be improved, so that it can be adopted in scale in larger organizations

I enjoy that Celonis offers quick and seemingly simple views, into complex processes. It also simplifies data pulls and analysis on large amounts of SAP data, which has proving challenging for our business in the past.

Limitation of on prem versus cloud functionality. Often, there are new capabilities rolled out and pushed, but never for on prem customer like ourselves.

Our firm first used the generous, no card required, 30 day trial of Celonis to test the various processes performed by our media website when a visitor interacts with a site function. Even we were surprised by the neat display of progressive functioning and how the application clearly displayed what can be improved upon to make the function at hand quicker and/or more reliable every time someone interacts with the media.

Some of the flow charts were either slow to display or, ironically, mis titled. However, we were able to manually fix this with the help of their customer support team. Sometimes the application did not adapt to accurately diagnosis different functions on the website.

We are able to diagnosis potential issues and higher traffic times before they happen so we can appropriately prepare. It is also a cost effective option and useful for both large and smaller firms, and will likely yield unexpected results as their is a multitude of "behind the scenes" functioning.
