What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile CRM is very good; it has a solid foundation that makes it easy to understand the tools and creates numerous options for fluidity and control of CRM automation benefits. For organizing a performance to help prospects, it is efficient and very helpful. We have been more agile with our marketing due to the ease of its operation.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I wish it had the tools better distributed, the interface is fast but I feel it is somewhat cumbersome to understand at first instance.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Essentially, our team has stuck with it straight away; we use it to simplify support as a true CRM, it's very easy to automate marketing operations and optimize workflow, and it's versatile, which helps to fill various gaps according to the company's objectives. What do you like best about Agile CRM?

AgileCRM is the best end-to-end CRM tool out there. It is straightforward to use, and even a non-technical person can get started with this quickly. The advanced analytics and metrics, along with reporting, are excellent and better than other competitors.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I think everything is good but the Social media marketing, email marketing and digital marketing features is not very intuitive. Automatically sending personalised messages doen't work sometimes.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using this for the purpose of Social Media Marketing campaigns, and We are also using email marketing and digital marketing. Reposting and analytical feature is very good also.

"Clean Interface - Many "extras" available on the free tier"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

It made me want to import and enter in client data - something about the layout and interface said, "synchronize all your stuff to here, this should be the master list."

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

On the contacts list there isn't a search box. What? Scroll through the alphabetical list or filter by something else like date added or company name and then scroll through that list? How can a search box not be the first feature in a CRM?

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the ease with which I can add custom fields and deal names and link 1 deal to multiple contacts. There is a lot here that was missing on other CRMs I have tried. Also email templates. Also a scheduling calendar that redirects from calendar.mydomain.com really useful stuff.

It is easy to navigate; it may be difficult to understand how it works at first but after you got it. It's a smooth sail.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Nothing did face issues at first, to be honest, but with support's help, I was able to resolve it.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simply easy to import leads and keep track of responses to emails, calls with our clients is the most beneficial.

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Easy to set up for everyone in the team. Great email integration with Google Apps and Microsoft exchange. Tracking all the new prospects and doing regular follow-ups through automation is the best part. Smooth customer support experience to all the end-users. Email reporting is easy to track CTR open rate, Growth Reports and Custom Reports Etc.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

More knowledge base articles on their site would make us using the campaign feature more effectively. UI needs little changes for a better UI experience. The newsletter part is a bit Bunglesome compared to dedicated services like MailChimp or Sendgrid. A little bit expensive for smaller-scale operations. CRM needs to improve the testing and preview options for the different campaigns as per the segments.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing entire marketing and sales lifecycles more efficiently. Keep track of all the prospects and reaching out to them in a timely manner is saving a lot of time. Streamlined the complete process for the support team and sales team. Customers are getting more convinced to turn their inquiries into purchases once they are getting timely responses.

The interface of Agile CRM is very intuitive and easy to understand. It helps to manage our customer's and clients' details. Its drag and drop feature is good.

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile CRM is intuitive and understanding for giving the opportunity of working with full ease and comfort by managing the data collection and email analysis machine. Metric system is established in this application and gives advantage of advance tools and techniques for growth and enhancing the business worldwide. Exploring the new leads with full client dealings and funneling them towards the right end of product selling. The spending time on a certain browser can be thorougly visualized and influence the perfect way to get into the scheduling system. Live chatting and dividing the clients into assigned boxes can be done. The call checking and responding can be done with fine judgement tools.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

This software is customer relationship manager that has some flaws in regards to not being able to install into windows and Mac that shortlists the audience and consumers and not all interested fellows can have this application. Integrating with media content and developing an attractive selling interface should be present in this application for better performance. The health scoring system and tracker for associates and workers is not included in its features which is the downside.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The results of review regarding agile CRM are quite good and resourcable in reference to getting proper communication strategies with leads and putting useful people into job for better results. The dashboards enlisted and displayed are just fine and covers the basic perimeters.

No support for WhatsApp. Twilio have integration with WhatsApp but it is not implemented into AgileCRM

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

I really like how with just a click, I am able to create new tasks, follow-up and mark them as completed. It was very easy to assign new user roles, as well as setting up reminders. Agile CRM is a very versatile and comprehensive tools, which we plan to keep using for years to come.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I believe that the Enterprise features should be less expensive, or if not, allow to opt for some additional features, at a better pricing.

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

The interface is easy to use, intuitive. The CRM allows us to view contact information completely. Saves the history of the activity of the contacts, which helps us keep all relevant information in one place. It provides simplified view of the sales process, also includes tools to manage projects. The reports provide us with key metrics that drives us to improve the entire sales process.

So far I find that Agile is an exceptional resource for managing sales. It is interactive and allows us to work together. I have no complaints about anything.

Agile CRM is fast, reliable and secure CRM software. Agile CRM is the best self-hosted open source and customizable CRM. The most significant thing in this software is that it is open source software and it has a lot of functionalities such as, contact management, project management, including billing. Hence, it is the best customer relationship management software which suites any kind of business. By using this software we are able to increase the business sales.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

This software has always been pretty slow. This is less popular software as compared to the other CRM’s software so mostly people cannot use it. For the beginners, it is not an easy task to install and use this amazing tool. It is not easy to integrate it with other software as it should and it also has some errors that do not allow us to create the best relationship with our clients.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I recommend it because it is safe and reliable software. Agile CRM has excellent customer services and this software helps me in saving money and time. It’s very easy to manage and very easy to setup. Hence, it is very complete tool to increase our sales.

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile CRM has everything you need in one spot. It is very easy to use and customizable without getting crazy. You can handle Sales, Marketing, and service all form one platform without the crazy expensive prices. It handles Marketing Automation, SaaS, Landing Pages, and more. It also has an intgration with Wordpress. They also have a mobile app. This is awesome for outside sales staff.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I wish Agile CRM had the ability to integrate and import Facebook Leads Ads a bit easier. The landing pages can be a bit clunky but it worth to have everything in one spot. Gone are the days of multiple systems, logins, and pugins to make stuff work.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

This system has solved the issues of using multiple platforms for sales, marketing, and customer service without breaking the bank. It can handle contacts, deals, landing pages, marketing automation, live chat, appointment setting, and much more.

"Agile CRM - Lots of functionality for the price"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

All the features are integrated including CRM, marketing automation, and contact activity tracking. The program also supports service desk activities but I have not used those features. The contact timeline displays all the activity for a contact over time. Triggers based on page visits, form fills, lead scores, etc. can fire off salesperson follow-up tasks or initiate an email drip sequence. Online calendar makes scheduling appointments easy. I use Agile CRM the most to distribute content via email and for landing pages with forms. I drive visitors to the landing pages from social media, ads, or email. Leads submit contact information to download eBooks or other informational content and are then subscribed to my newsletter and enrolled in long-term email drip campaigns-all automatically. I have recommended Agile CRM to two of my clients for whom I create content. They are both happy with the product. Also recommended to a colleague. They too are satisfied with the software.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Limits on the number of automatic sequences and the number of steps in a sequence can make long-term lead nurturing a challenge. Because lead scoring is not a universal setting, you may need to use up nodes in a campaign sequence to increment lead scores. Data-driven emails are not currently supported. Can't alter the text and images shown to a contact depending on variables in their contact data records.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I switched from another multi-function CRM/AM system that was much more expensive. Agile CRM does the most important things I need at a more reasonable cost. I use the system to distribute email blasts, create landing pages, and run automated document fulfillment and follow-up messaging.

"All I need to work in one place"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

I started working with this platform a little less than a year ago. My job consisted (and still is) in generating leads for the company and developing marketing and sales campaigns from scratch. Agile CRM has been fundamental, since it integrates perfectly with everything I need. I have my contacts in one place, which I can follow very easily. Its greatest strength is the ease of use and integration with multiple tools.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I think it would be convenient that in the future they made some training videos to explain how to correctly configure the automation tools, since I think it has been the most difficult to understand.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Something as simple as managing notifications and alerts make the most of my time and organize my agenda in a practical way. I can generate reports where the effectiveness of the different strategies is established. For example, the result of phone calls, mail campaigns, newsletters, and more. I was able to import all the contacts in a very simple way and clean my list in a short time. Another great thing: the mobile app and the possibility of integrating with other programs. Today I have it integrated with Bria and Skype, also linkedin and facebook. Everything in one place, is the most practical CRM platform that someone like me (who has just started and was analyzing options) has found, and I´m very satisfied with this software.

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

What we liked most about Agile CRM was the ease with which it can be integrated into github, upscope and zendesk services. Thanks to this we get a better technical support management. Agile CRM exports data about customers on a large scale, and allows to track these throughout its life cycle.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

We do not like that the base plan costs $ 49. It does not display correctly in SaaS. Some of our clients can not close conversations easily, and in our case, opening the chat box can take too long. The button to close the chat is below it, at a point where it is not easy to see it.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Agile CRM we have got better job updates in real time, and we can create labels on messages, which in turn can be scheduled to be reviewed later. Agile CRM shows us a more detailed view of our customers, and everything they do through our web or mobile application in real time. We can also chat with visitors to our website, review their engagement with us, and convert them into customers.

Agile has incredible features and tools to make your business the best, with contact management to edit and select them, with easy search in categories, easy to use and an excellent administrator.

Sometimes the interface is very slow or I have problems with the recipients when sending a number of emails, this can be a problem when I'm stuck at work.

"Testing the free version"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile CRM is very intuitive, provides a great User Experience through its simple web interface. We were looking for a CRM solution for our StartUp (obviously we needed a not expensive solution) and found in Agile CRM the best option available. It has all we need for now in the free version. We are still using the free version, because for now we are only three employees, but definitely we will buy the professional version when the size of our organization requires it. The best features are the syncronization of contacts from GMail Contacts and LinkedIn, also the integration with our eMail (GMail) to be able to perform follow-up to all communications for each lead, deal and contact. Also the easy setup, just in minutes we were working creating deals with each user created. It required no training.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

We have found nothing to dislike, at least until today.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of the deals, managing the contacts (syncronizing them) and making follow up of the communications with each contact, for each deal. Those features have reduced a lot of time of administrative tasks, allowing to focus on more valuable activities.
