It is user friendly even a fresh graduate can use it after one day of training. It is reliable and scalable for small and medium businesses. It is economical alternative to Quickbooks.
The scalability is for small and medium organization. Large organization prefer larger and other softwares like SAP and Oracle.
It is a full-fledged accounting software for raising invoices, entering vochers and getting financial reports.

Zoho Books has clean and simple to use interface. It integrates well Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools.
It may be me, but the reporting is lacking for my needs. Then again, I am comparing it to NetSuite.
Great for a new or young company looking to use a suite of products in collaboration. Low initial cost with the ability to scale as needed.

While Zoho Books is user-friendly, transitioning to a new accounting system may require some training and adjustment.

The cap on monthly users poses a problem. All the sdvanced features need some level of coding knowledge which poses challenge

the set up was very simple and was able to enter my first transaction almost immediately. im a novice in quick books and i felt like i mastered zoho much quicker.
nothing to dislike yet but still in trial version! so far so good, accessible and easy to use.
