Standardization so that you do not need to create a profile on 40 different sites in order to send out resumes. ZipRecruiter makes it so that you don't have to tell every single site that you are eligible to work in the US or have a valid drivers license. Also, the workflow is very intuitive.
I find that I do not need as many email updates as are sent every time my resume is uploaded to a new company.
I hate applying for jobs and this makes it a little easier.
I like the fact that you are able to go on the website and find many different jobs. You do not have to worry about having a hard time looking up anything because you can also use the search engine to help you out.
There is nothing that I dislike about ZipRecruiter. The only thing that I have had a problem with is one time it took a minute for me to be able to get a job, but I really did not know what job I wanted at the time.

Candidate screening is simple and seems to be very effective. Good relevant candidates without being overwhelmed by applicants.
The mechanics of the like/dislike system is somewhat unclear. Live chat was super fast and helpful to answer my questions below, but more information could be provided up front to explain certain things. 1. What does "invite to apply" mean and how are these people are different from "candidates"? 2. It is not obvious that thumbs up sends a notification to the candidate 3. Does thumbs down send a notification? Does it affect the algorithm too, or just thumbs up?
Affordability, customizability, analytics, intuitive interface with good options but not overly convoluted.
I love the access to careers that are evaluable out in the market.

I dislike when the employers do not give you the exact pay rate because a lot of people including me want to be able to get paid a competitive pay rate because their work history speaks for themselves. And it might be a job that they really like.

I love that not only is it a great job search tool it is also very secure compared to other job search tools like linked in. I feel confident my profile or information only goes where it is intended and it guarantees my privacy. I also love the quick apply option that makes it so easy to make job applications for the jobs that are posted.
The only thing that I dislike is that sometimes jobs posted are not deleted as soon as they are filled or when they expire. There has been instances where I have found jobs that are very attractive matched to my profile but when I click on the quick apply, the post has either expired or is missing.

I have done a lot of work with Zip utilizing there resume database views. I always really love that you don't have to use a view to see the entire work experience of a candidate. Furthermore, I have always gotten great customer service. Today I was lucky enough to get Kevin who even informed me of how to save a search so I don't have to keep retyping keywords etc. He was such a delight and was so patient with me as I learned the tricks and tips. Kevin was so professional and concise, I would be overjoyed to work with him again in the future! Maybe I should hire him! HAHA!
It can be difficult to see all the pricing options.

ZipRecruiter is excellent to get new staff or a job according to your needs, has the feature to complete a profile and upload a resume. But nevertheless, it has some really excellent outstanding features. The suggested and adapted job notifications seem to be really in line with the types of positions that are appropriate based on recent searches or keywords. Too often, job alerts from other job search sites are a bit removed from what the intended search goal is. The function that I like the most is notifications that notify you if your CV has been viewed or if a viewer has given a go. In addition, the metrics that are offered when you see a resume several times are excellent. For example, an alert may say "Your resume was seen a second time, only 25% of applicants have a second hearing." I think this helps applicants to maintain a positive outlook and reuse the product. With other job search sites, after sending a resume, you stay in the dark. To make matters worse, this information is available if you use the website or the mobile application ZipRecruiter. I use the Android version of the application, and the ZipRecruiter notifications are notifications that I look forward to.
ZipRecruiter offers a fairly complete job search product, and it's my favorite. If there was an area for improvement, I'd say it's the references section. It would be nice to be able to link to existing references and transfer them (for example, through Linkedin) or copy and paste a reference with contact information for verification as an additional option instead of having the option to request a reference.
The aspects of the software that I enjoyed the most are the ease of use and the organization of the different capacities. I was in a difficult situation trying to find tedious candidates and once I managed to use zipRecruiter, I was in a much better position. Zip allowed me to review more appropriate candidates that fit my needs area. Not only did I find the right candidate for me, that candidate is still growing and I think it's because Zip was able to connect my needs with the candidate's skill sets.
Super user friendly, resume database views are pretty reasonably priced and incoming applications and easy to read and reach out to. You can go month-to-month, so there is a "no fear" feeling when signing up because you really have nothing to lose.

We tried using another service and it was very very hard to go through incoming applications or source for candidates. With Zip, the talent pool is fairly qualified for higher level jobs and they are all actually looking for a job right now.
I like the ZipRecruiter app. I find the push notifications very helpful. I also like that I can build my network of colleagues to provide references on my behalf.

When I am seeking new jobs, Zip Recruiter makes it very easy to find them and weed through them quickly. I like to results that I receive through this service better than others such as Monster.com and Indeed.com. You can sign up to have jobs sent to you when they become available. It's not overwhelming, like some of the others.
I haven't found anything to dislike yet, except some of the jobs are very low-paying minimum wage jobs that just happen to have some search terms in common with the technical jobs that I am searching for.

I get Job alerts just about everyday, and I get Jobs that actually match my skill set and not Jobs that I don't have any interest in or that I am just not qualified for. And last of all, my Suggested Jobs that Zip Recruiter saved automatically, are perfect, and all of in my field of interest, which is Customer Service.
I don't have anything bad to say, except, I wish I would have known about ZipRecruiter years ago.

ZipRecruiter is an excellent portal for finding jobs and employees. It has a good database of candidates and gives better and faster results for all the job needs. And it also provides a job posting option, which is immensely helpful for sourcing candidates. I often use this feature to find candidates ASAP for my job requirement.
