Canadian based i guess is good, but honestly the software isn't great and the service is evenw worse.
I had been using a monthly plan for over 2 years, and randomly my acount was switched to an annual plan, without my knowledge. Once i noticed, I asked for a refund. The customer service told me there is absolutely 0 refunds and insisted that the change was made by me. This change happened before I even start work, so it is very unlikely that it was me, considering I have no memory of it. Also, we were auto billed at 7:53am for the monthly fee, and 4 minutes later is apparently when the plan was upgraded to athe annual plan. Agai, i didnt do this. And what are the odds that i was billed, logged in right away and switched it to annual? They are offering no support in this and will not offer a refund. Even if I had made the switch, which I didnt, why wouldn't the company refund? All software companies would offer a refund, this is exceptionally poor policy and customer service. Don't ever use unbounce, the product is not that good, leadpages and other software is much better - plus they all have good policies. I''d suggest that this company is probably struggling and trying to hold on to any sort of revenue they can - otherwise why would they behave like this? This left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their values are terrible - and they value immediate revenue over customer lifetime value, which says to me they are running out of money. Stay away - we will be chargebacking this transaction and listing it as fraud.
they make it able to build landing pages, that's it. A/B testing is poor.
Unbounce is easy to use, cost-effective and has great landing page templates. Customer service is friendly and responsive and the marketing team publishes very useful content that will help you obtain ROI.
They do not as of yet integrate with Wordpress nor Facebook like a couple of their competitors do. Which is a shame because these integrations would help users who use Facebook and Wordpress generate greater ROI. Although their landing page templates are great and very professional looking, in my opinion they do not add to their template selection frequently enough. They have been around for 5 years and have 38 templates to date, that's only 7.6 templates a year.
The main benefit for me and my clients is that I do not have to hire a web designer to create landing pages for me because Unbounce empowers me to do so easily and effectively. Unbounce allows me to personally control the look and feel of the landing pages, the time spent creating the landing pages as well as the overall ROI of each landing page.
I have been using Unbounce for about 2~ years and making landing pages for my clients. I like the starter templates that I can use to make the brand-new pages for clients from. However, you can also make a new page from scratch too.
The pricing is not ideal as it charges for adding new domains and subaccounts -- feels like the pricing on the page when you signup won't be your final bill every month.
Landing pages for Google AdWords campaigns for client based work that will help drive more conversions.
Setting up a landing page is pretty much straightforward work. Dashboard is relatively simple to access and understand.
THEY ARE ALL ABOUT KEEPING YOUR MONEY. Unlike my company of 36 years, you learn to roll with customer issues and solve them even when it is not in your best interest. I signed up for an annual membership not realizing I should have signed up for a monthly because I was new to using Landing Pages and Hosting them. I realized just a couple months later that it was not the best set-up for my company. Even though I offered to pay them what a typical monthly fee was if there was a higher cost, they refused to give me a refund. I have seen this with new businesses when they are too concerned with keeping your money when the best course of action is take care of the customer. After all, they are not incurring any costs from me going forward since I am not even hosting on their site. Anyhow, beware of these types of practices, find a company that is flexible and highly concerned with ethics and taking care of you.
Simply looking for a good system that would help me with marketing landing pages. Works well for what I needed just wouldn't recommend this company.
The Unbounce interface is easy to use. Integrations with third-party providers such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce and Hubspot are very easy to set up. Installing javascript and custom code takes seconds. Mobile sites are easy to design. Their customer service is very responsive and they have an excellent blog on creating landing pages and increasing your conversion rate.
Having to pay an additional $5/e for each domain name you add. I think the monthly pricing structure could also use some work, especially for some of my smaller clients who only have 1 site.
With Unbounce, we are able to replicate working landing page campaigns to other clients easily and quickly and easily build mobile-oriented sites for phones.
The drag and drop feature is the most useful. You can copy and paste elements from different landing pages to another with ease and also share templates across different pages. I love the range of templates that they have, based on my experience using a few different landing page tools, there are few that have the number and quality selection of landing page templates as Unbounce.
The price could be a concern for some users. Apart from that, there are still some compatibility issues such as integrating easily with third-party platforms like Mailchimp. Also, I would love to see an auto-reply or notification option to send to users when filling in a completed form. If the user fills in a form, usually they would expect to receive a notification back confirming their response which would help improve the conversion rate which is one of the key objectives for marketers using Unbounce. Another thing is the customer service. The service is acceptable but in my experience they only respond during North American office hours which is a limitation for an international company such as Unbounce with a global client base.
I believe it's an excellent tool for businesses and organizations that have the resources to invest a small amount into the subscription but do not have in-house resources to build landing pages. They offer a nonprofit discount which is very handy as the price could be high for some nonprofits, even though it's a very useful tool and an industry-leading product.
Easy to use. You really don't have to have any coding skills. Lot of tutorials on best practices. Very responsive.
I use the product for my agency and for clients and it helps to properly scope out each client opportunity to make sure all costs are covered because there are incremental cost with usage.
I needed to get clients up and running quickly and this platform allows me to do that.
Easy to operate, easily integrated with both Salesforce and Wordpress. It's a friendly interface with affordable prices for small businesses.
I dislike the additional costs for each user associated with the account. It lends itself to just sharing one username, passing it around the WordPress Admin department, and then losing saved changes when multiple people are logged in on the same account. Additionally, the reporting leaves a little to be desired. You cannot segment the view based on day or a period of time, but would have to reset the stats. Moreover, the numbers do not totally align with Google Analytics or Salesforce reports.
Unbounce offers us an easy platform to copy landing pages on Wordpress. These are great for the various paid search campaigns we offer.
