I've tried many platforms for delivering my courses, one I completely abandoned. Systeme has been simple, a 10th of the cost, easy to set up with great customer service. I'm not the most techie consultant but I know what I need & what is only false fancy marketing. Systeme is straightforward. It is lacking that marketing harassment I feel from American platforms. I also now blog, the template is simple & easy to use. No fluff but attractive & practical for my audience. For me (a solopreneur new to the online space), this has been the best solution). The free subscription is also generous, I recommend that to those I train that are just starting out with coaching, training & consultancies. I also appreciate (although I haven't used it extensively, yet) the affiliate integration. It also appears the features around communities (to complement courses) is developing. Systeme has cost me 1/10 of the price other platforms have charged me annually. Exactly, what new online course creators, coaches & trainers need.
I find it hard to have the community function linked to a course purchase automatically. Sometimes the templates don't suit me, I'd like something simpler. Some of the titles of functions confuse me, such as course bundles, when I'm used to called that packages. I'd also like to be able to set up a website/homepage in a template much like the funnels. Any issues I've had have been sorted impressively quickly by the customer service/chat box. It's easier than the experiences of other platforms over the past 4 years. I'm new have a blog, and a few funnels running, it's a different system to the standard platform, which I couldn't assess from the payment page/differences between packages. There was a trial period & I did feedback through an email that seemed to check I was finding it easy. I'd like more detailed application for coupons (e.g., product specific) but I haven't asked if it is possible through a less intuitive process, yet. For the cost, it's worth giving Systeme a try on. It's very well-priced for small businesses even after the trial unlike the big platforms I was considering. The pressure is off for the next year as I experiment.
I deliver online courses, I needed a simple blog, I also use Systeme as a homepage. It is the most affordable integrated website/blog/course platform I could find, although others promised something similar there were tricks to force upgrades. I find Systeme straightforward, simple & practical for me to use in my new solopreneur business. I find it easy to explain to others, when I teach other consultants how to train using Systeme too. I trust this platform. I was burned by a previous investment which cost double. So although I'm not all about price, it's refreshingly complete service on the lowest paid package. I like their customer service so far, & I ask questions. I've not had an annoying incident to date so I feel reassured if I did have a problem or couldn't figure something out, there's help available. Real help not these automated dead end bots. It's why I'm reviewing them without hesitating.
With pricing up to 10x cheaper than the closest competitor, systeme.io over-deliver. Factor in outstanding included customer support and their unlimited no-cost plan, this is arguably the most valuable do-it-yourself online business toolkit available - period. I highly recommend systeme.io to any entrepreneur or small business ready to elevate their productivity and online presence without breaking the budget.
I haven't found or experienced anything that I disliked with Systeme.io.
Right now, creating professional email campaigns takes valuable time - drafting customized emails, manually integrating with my contact database, and stitching together design tools. Analyzing the engagement and impact of what I send out requires exporting reports across multiple platforms to get insights. It eats up a lot of hours. Additionally, many email providers charge expensive monthly subscriptions that require long-term commitments regardless of how many campaigns you run. The costs add up rapidly. However, with Systeme.io I'll have a centralized email marketer integrated directly into the platform I already use to manage operations and track results. I can instantly tap into my existing contact database when creating communications on the user-friendly editor. Powerful analytics give me real-time campaign performance without any manual exports or the need to juggle reporting dashboards.
I signed up to Systeme io because of the amazing value. It only costs per year what the big name companies cost per month. I just started playing around with it and it seems very easy. The Sales funnels are drag and drop. Their support is amazing and very helpful when you questions, and they are quick to respond. They also offer a migration service if you purchase the annual plan so that is very helpful in case you are worried about switching over. And like I said, the annual plan, is the same price as the monthly plan for the competitors so it's completely worth getting that and having them migrate everything over for you.
I just started using it and don't have any dislikes so far, the service, the price, and the funnels are great, and now I'm about to start using their email service so I can't comment on that yet but I heard good things which is why I decided to leave my old esp and move to system io in the first place.
It's way more affordable than the others. It is an all-in-one platform that makes life much easier. I can have my website, sales funnels, and email marketing all in one place and has many other features if I grow and decide I need those.
Systeme.io is the most complete business-in-a-box for the best price on the market. Period. I love how everything is in one place and they have loads of training to help me if I get stuck. As I use it more, I love how everything integrates (email to funnel to course, etc.). Plus, I can envision in the future developing a course that I can sell through Systeme.io and get leads from the other Systeme.io users as they have a robust affiliate network. A tiny bit clunky to get started, but have patience, because I have used SEVERAL other systems and this is by far the BEST, EASIEST, and most COST-EFFECTIVE out there!
It feels a little cold and clunky at first. It was hard to access to my courses/buy courses, and I had to contact support (who emailed me with a few minutes!).
My problem is getting tech to work together. I have tried and failed with several attempts in the past and Systeme.io integrates and includes everything I need.
- Pricing and value: I consolidated ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign into Systeme.io and although it doesn't have as many features as AC, it does what I need and is saving me $1000/year. - Migration team: Nair Oussama was very helpful in migrating all my systems and answering questions regarding differences between my last setup and this new one. - Integrates with my other systems via Zapier or Pabbly
- Glitchy: i've had to log off and back on in order to avoid glitches in various sections (particularly Funnels) - Design limitations: there are only two email design templates and there's an inability to save your own templates, so you essentially have to start from scratch when building emails in certain areas (Workflow, Drip emails, etc). - Clunky interface: While it's true that it takes time to learn a new system, some of the interfaces are quite clunky (for example, the search function in Contacts).
Systeme.io has allowed me to consolidate two of my previous systems (ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign) in a much more cost-effective way. I prefer to have as little systems as possible so this is very helpful.
I was skeptical about their offer to move my current website to systeme.io if I purchased an annual package (heavily discounted in the Black Friday sales). I thought it would either involve hidden costs, take ages or be of poor quality, none of which were true. My website on Systeme.io is identical to my old website, only now it has a lot more functionality and it's cheaper to run. The integration occured in a matter of weeks, communication was great and I'm very satisfied. Customer support queries are literally handled in hours and they actually solve your problem rather than asking a bunch of vague questions hoping you'll give up as some of their competitors do. Four months in, after spending the last 15 years in Digital Marketing working with much more expensive competitors, it's feeling a bit too good to be true. It's a very good, very afforable, very easy to use system.
The hashtag system of organising my email list has taken a bit of getting used to, and at some point I may need to integrate Active Campaign (which Systeme.io has a dedicated integration for) but so far I haven't needed to.
My sales funnels are easy to build and manage and my email automation is working.
The price is great. The ease of use of the editor is second to none. Everything is pretty much included, i.e. email marketing, funnels, upsells, downsells, courses, memberships, etc. The customization of the pages and course lessons are second to none. The share block features are a game-changer as I can share not only pages/funnels, but also sections, blocks, elements, etc.
No video tutorials. (they do have pretty good support documents which are screenshots based, which are a minimum and are excellent, but some things really should have explainer videos that in my opinion are lacking - note that it doesn't bother me too much, gives me an opportunity to record YouTube tutorials showing my audience how to use systeme, e.g. https://youtu.be/HVqEEnSeYWw) Note: I have an entire playlist on my YouTube channel just on systeme.io tutorials in case you're interested to see more details. I'm also happy to record tutorials for any questions people have. There are other minor issues like when I upload a video there is no option to choose a thumbnail for it, which means if my face isn't smiling it just looks bad/unprofessional). There is no media library where I can upload content in bulk, i.e if I need to migrate a course over with 50 videos, I have to upload all 50 videos 1 by 1 instead of it being done for me with 1 click which is an option Kajabi and Zenler do have as an example). Other issues I feel needs to be improved I've had direct communication with systeme support, CEO/Founder and their tech dev team and as I come up with more things that should be improved I'll be sure to communicate to them directly. Let me say this - as of January 2022, at the time of writing this review, if you were to give me an ultimatum that I can only use ONE platform for my courses, membership, funnels, emails, etc and you were to give me all the options: Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Zenler, Podia, systeme, Kartra, ConvertKit, and others.... And I did not know the price for any of them (i.e. price wasn't a factor in my decision) I would choose systeme.io over all the others. And the crazy part is it is practically the cheapest to sign up for. This may change, as software platforms always evolve and compete - but at the time of this review, this is my perspective. I share more info about it on this page too. EranBucai.com/sio
Upsells + downsells, something that Kajabi didn't accommodate for adequately. Affiliate program and automatic payouts, something Kajabi/Zenler/Podia didn't accomodate for adequately (I'm a customer of all of these...) The speed to build something on Systeme versus any other software is second to none - that's the real value for me. I can literally create a 7 pages sales funnel in a matter of hours instead of days just because the editor is so fast, the ability to share blocks, and the ease of use.
I was drawn to try Systeme following a friend's recommendation. I'd been using Kajabi but was over the pricing. Systeme offered all that Kajabi -- plus a bit more for a much lower price.
Simple, uncomplicated and free migration.
An all-in-one marketing automation, web hosting, and course creation platform, with fast support and a price that doesn't make you gasp when you pay in AUD.
