Luckily, I found Omnify and they have worked closely with us to design a custom system that works for us. They have been very responsive to questions and feedback and have tweaked and added features along the way to make our and our registrants' experience as easy and as intuitive as possible. Thanks to our excellent experience with them this year, we are excited to use their system again for our 2023 festival.
Omnify is a web program that also has a mobile application, so you can access the platform from anywhere and in a fast and practical way. It is designed to optimize and facilitate the planning of agendas and appointment management, an aspect to highlight is its system of generating alerts and reminders, additionally the system offers you a web hosting, so you can promote or perform digital marketing if you do not yet have a website, on the other hand, is very easy to use, does not require learning curve, is highly customizable, has a very affordable price, in addition to several plans that meet their needs, with respect to its functionality, is very complete, so it can be adjusted and used by professionals in various areas.
It is a very adaptable program, as a physiotherapist, I use it for the organization of my agenda and management of appointments with patients. It has a good performance and I feel very comfortable using it, however, I would like the calendar to specify the service requested in the appointments, but I am very pleased with its effectiveness.
One of the characteristics of this tool that make it stand out from others similar in the market is its high degree of adaptability, we as physiotherapists use the function of room reservation management for the distribution of patients in areas or exercise rooms of the hospital or medical offices, when it comes to monitoring or evolution of cases and really has worked, we maintain a very effective organization, in addition to improving the planning of our staff, with the application of filters I can verify my agenda quickly in a very simple and practical way. An aspect to emphasize is that all the programming or the update is made in real-time, reason why we have the certainty that the information reflected in the system is the truthful one, from the implementation of this tool the medical service of physiatry of our hospital increased satisfactorily its productivity and the attention given to our patients, maintaining an effective organizational system.
It is very user-friendly. Their UI is the best. All the essential features that should be there on a booking platform are present. Their team has made the booking flow so simple and practical, and I have not received any complaints from my clients. They keep working on the software to add more features like they just revamped their service creation page and it made things so much easier, easier than how it already was. They also have an app that makes it easier for me to mark attendance.
A little more customization and discount on the top plans would be helpful. They do give out special discounts when you reach out to the support team.
This helps me keep track of all my numbers and clients from a single dashboard. I have stopped opening 10 different sheets at once to manage my business. I can also accept payments very easily by integrating a payment gateway. I can also integrate multiple zoom accounts, which makes it easy for my entire team to conduct online classes.
The ease of adding schedules and packages. The clear interface of the website makes it user friendly for the clients and patients as well. The pricing and customer support is best compared to other competitors.
None. Have not come across any problems..Whatever problems I have faced has been addressed to by the CS. I would like the omnify app to have an easy attendance marking option for each of my patients or number of days session each have attended to be visible to me and the patients too. Omnify app for patient use if possible can be considered ( they take month long packages so they can use it for that long).

Omnify is easy for a business owner to understand after an hour or two of exploring everything that it can do -- which is admittedly a lot. It's flexible and customizable to most of the different ways you would want to run your business.
The end user experience needs improvement. There are some odd choices in the design and the workflow. Does not include an "Add to Calendar" option in the emails that go out when you sign up for a session. That's a hard choice to defend.
We were able to do two-tiered pricing with Omnify -- one for people that only want to do one class per week, and one for people that want the option to drop in on every session.
I love the way that it's built. It has considered even the most minor annoying things that other scheduling software miss. After evaluating 6 or 7 scheduling software, their UI is the best. They don't give you a calendar and a book button. They give you a practical website with an exceptional booking flow.
Using their website has their branding available on the higher plan, but you can talk to your AM, and they will dish out a reasonable discount.
Moving on from manually updating a ledger and maintaining numerous excel sheets. My work timings have been cut short considerably, and now I can focus more on expanding my business.
Simplicity of the platform & customer service. It's very straightforward to use. The team is great at getting on the call immediately and also replies very quickly on their chat feature. They listen to the needs of the business and provide the best solutions they have. If they don't have a feature, they allow you to speak with the product team to see if it's already in the pipeline.
Some features are currently being rolled out like a live feed of inactive customers available on the dashboard. They do have a limitation on the auto-pay feature in that you can't have it set for specific classpacks/membership. It's all or none.
We used to do booking and check-ins all manually for our virtual program. This will help save a lot of admin time and focus on the business.
Omnify is very good for a tiny business as well, Im a single trainer with few classes per week and the solution perfectly fits my needs. I implemented it to my website, so my clients can book to my classes online. They used to book through messages to me before, and it was very time-consuming. Now they can manage their bookings by themeselves and cancell booking online - if needed. Omnify also has "waiting list", so my clients are always informed about the class availability.
The price is quite high for a single trainer, but it is worth it!
I spend less time with answering and never ending checking about the availability to the class. It has a beautifull app as well, where I can simply and quickly check the attendance at class.
