Monday.com is a fantastic solution to project management and team co-op—it is very beautiful and incredibly simple. It allowed me to combine flurry of tasks into a single, always-accessible, neatly organized interface—instead of spread across various papers, documents, and emails. And Monday.com isn't just useful—it is fun to use overall!

Although Monday.com provides incredible value, the price is still a bit steep—especially for smaller teams. Single user options are not available (for people such as myself) but the costumer success team was able to help me out a bit with that once I had gotten in contact with them. The costumer success team is phenomenal—I can't honestly say that I've ever had a negative experience with the company!

I use Monday.com for all of my project management, as well as various other uses that it comes in handy for (such as organizing lists or tracking member attendance). It has simplified my task management in a big way and allows me to focus on what is truly important in the moment. Although I don't frequently collaborate, this application does come in handy when I do—especially since it allows me to invite others into the program as guest, instead of an additional paid user. On top of all that, the app is simply a joy to use!

The best is the Time Tracking Column with Formula Column. You can combine both to control how much time you spend on each task and use the Formula Column to get minutes that you spent and multiply by a value like a price per hour or other values to get other metrics.

I didn't find metrics to integrate with formula column and time tracking to get metrics like: "how much I earn in the last week or month", for these metrics, I use a third-party app to export the time tracking data to generate those graphics.

My company usually organizes the tasks for each project, Monday is perfect for that task, as we can add multiple columns to track each step of each task and use the time tracking column to track how much time we spend on this project. And I have a personal account for my freelancers and to help me remember to do some university assignments.

What I like the most are the different tracking option for all team's tasks. The interface is super friendly and can connect to other services you might use in your company. The fact that is all visual, help you, as an administrator, to see what's been done, what need to be done and once they're finished, take them out of the way. It's simple and fun to use. Another extra thing that is a really good plus, is the price. The pricing plans are really affordable. In over all, this is a great service that comes with a fantastic support team for every time you can't figure out what to do. I feel more in control and organized all the time knowing that if i'm missing something, i won't ignore it.

The downside is that in order to link these services, or integrations, like Jotform, shopify, Google docs, zoom, (Services that, im our case, use all the time in our company) etc, you need to pay extra. I would really recommend not having to upgrade the plan to be able to use these integrations.

I dislike the fact that they do not have a desktop version of their platform, yet. I also believe that monday.com did well by implementing a dark-mode to their platform, but I dislike how it is displayed nowadays. Basically, the dark-mode does not offer an optimal contrast and, due to that, it is difficult to navigate with the dark-mode activated. If monday.com has some sort of instant messaging attached to it, then I also dislike it; because I have never used it.

We had some trouble in using excel online to track projects and manage some of our processes. Monday.com has solved excel's inneficiencies by providing a more esthetically pleasant board, capable of configuring various automations with ease, showcased in a environment that is both easily accessible and efficient (quick to sync).

I like Monday, I use this application a lot for a daily organization of work. With it I follow up on my individual work or with my team, also informs the person in charge of the task and can share the boards, which allows us to be aware of the processes and we can track them. In addition, organize your activities, which allows you to have your slopes up to date.

I would like that at some point you can add subtasks to the tasks since the platform does not have this function, this will serve to better track complex tasks.

We use this platform a lot to create discussion groups about our contents to be published, nothing is published until we have all discussed and contributed ideas to enrich our work. That has helped to make the team more dynamic and active, everyone feels part of the progress that we give that values the work of all.

Monday.com is currently the best project and task management software available. It can be used for both physical and remote works. With the help of workspace feature in the systems, all the team members can input their contribution in a single platform very conveniently. The system is very easy to use and access. It is completely a board per member/team concept. This helps all the members to have individual boards where the task and its progress can be specified. This in fact helps the upper management for monitoring purposes as well. The guest and member feature of the system helps the outer consultants to have a collaborative board in the system so that they can easily provide their feedback. The privacy setting for such can be easily managed. The other benefit of Monday.com is its flexibility for customization. The boards and workspaces can be customized as per the customers requirement. The tasks can be divided to subtasks, groups can be created and assigned to any board, the notification status can be customized as per the need. The best aspect of Monday.com is its collaboration feature. For the update on any task, if we click on the task we have have the complete updates. Team members can present their views as comments or file uploads. The feature that makes it different from other similar platforms is its integration and automation features. Monday.com can be integrated with various platforms like gmail, zoom, twilio, slack and many more. This helps to centralize the tasks and communication as well. And for automation, it helps to reduce the human input as well as the human error. Most of the tasks can be automated as per the requirement.

One of the thing that I dislike about Monday.com is it's pricing. The pricing is per user so if you have a big team, it will be expensive as compared to other softwares available in the market. Other thing that might be a issue is the automation limitation in the packages. Sometimes within the basic package you might need a huge number of automation. But the software has automation number limit as per it's package.

I use Monday.com as a task management tool in my organization. Some of the benefits that I have realized are proper management of the tasks as per the team, time tracking facilities so as to track the man hour required to complete that task, proper task assignment to the proper team, report generation as per the requirement.

I've really enjoyed how extensible the system is. The ability to add columns to a project has been tremendously useful. I'm still learning to the system, but overall I've been impressed. Compared to other PM softwares I've used, there's a much lower barrier for entry. There's a good deal you can accomplish with it, and the reporting output has been impressive. I'm still exploring how to break large projects down into smaller sprints and track them all within the purview of the parent project.

Maybe I'm just missing something, but it seems like there are some columns that can't be removed. There could be a few more column types that would be useful as well. For example, being able to define a set of values for a custom column and then only being able to enter those values. They have something similar with the progress column, but I'd like to see something more verbose and customizeble. My only other gripe is that its a little weird moving and copying events sometimes. It's good, don't get me wrong, but it just feels a little unintuitive sometimes; Although I'm not sure how to improve that.

We've been using it to maintain a better continuous flow of communication in our team and between our stakeholders. The system has allowed us to be more fluid in our development, and it has encouraged us to do better analysis of our projects during the planning period. It provides our department manager with an easy way to gauge our progress on a project, and it allows us to convey a project's status to our stakeholders very quickly. We generally come away from meetings already having a rough breakdown of our stories and story points for the project, which can be quickly loaded into monday. It has also been beneficial to us to be able to the message chain on tasks to keep track of progress, updates, and emergent needs or problems.

First off, I love DaPulse's interface. Compares to competing programs (Asana, Microsoft PM, etc.), DaPulse has a very friendly, organized UX that is easy for most of the people on our team to use. DaPulse is used by our sales and operations team to track sales efforts and distributor relationships. It is very easy to assign tasks to organization members and track their progress through the initiative. DaPulse allows you to attach emails and files so no one in the team is left out.

DaPulse has a cost associated with it, something that rival Asana does not. Although the platform offers some features that are superior to competitors, users in smaller organizations with lesser needs may not find value in the monthly subscription cost.

As a startup, Proper Soda doesn't have a central office and digital collaboration is required. Having team members in multiple locations makes coordination difficult through just email. DaPulse allows us to monitor company wide initiatives in a single spot, assign ownership, and hold those accountable.
