Klaviyo has an easy-to-use interface and is a very cost-effective ESP compared to other pricing solutions.
I wish our customer success manager was more hands-on and strategic with her ideas and efforts.
Marketing automation with dynamic work flows.
Klaviyo is more than impressive when it comes to managing our e-commerce inquiries, and it certainly is a good value for its price. Easy to set up and use, Klaviyo has a very precise segmentation included in its software and helps us get all our promotions enough relevance for our marketing campaigns and it’s one of my favorite tools that Klaviyo includes in the platform. Asides from that, it offers nice functionality among all features and I can choose from existing templates to save time (which all of them are very complete and are not lacking of essential information like other templates), and also create my own email templates that I can use whenever I want for specific email campaigns.
Some of the advanced features are difficult to understand at first, but nevertheless, it is a great software that benefits me in many ways.
My experience with Klaviyo has been positive since day one, and I’ve noticed pretty good changes in my workflow and our marketing strategies ever since. Because it’s easy to integrate this software with others like Zoho and Shopify, we get a lot of advantages from that. Mostly, the process in which Klaviyo works makes it easy for us to send weekly newsletters to our subscribers, send promotional emails and target the right customers every week. While Klaviyo is not the cheapest software out there, I feel like all the advanced features that it offers are worth the price and are really valuable. I really like how the segmentation works in this software and it’s not like any other I have used before.
All-inclusive pricing including any upgrades means I don't have to budget for the "extras." The help section and videos are informative, especially when migrating to the platform. The integration with Shopify was extremely quick and easy. This also allows me to more easily add products from my catalog efficiently.
The Workflow logic is more linear and not as customizable as I found with Bronto; however, the workflow templates are easy to implement. The transactional customer contacts in my active file are not easily identifiable.
Cost-savings is the primary benefit. The HTML function within the email builder helps customize emails when necessary. It takes less time to build my emails.
I'm primarily a Facebook marketer. The ease of being able to segment customers and push audiences directly into Facebook is a time saver and has helped us generate much better targeting options more frequently.
I wish that I could push customer values into those custom audiences and segments. That would unlock my Lookalikes on Facebook to be value-based.
Klaviyo saves us time. It's the best customer CRM out there and the integration with Facebook lead forms has helped us grow email lists for customers.
Klaviyo has great segmentation, reporting and funnels.
The pricing gets costly quick. The interface could be a bit udpated.
Klaviyo makes it easy to target customers based on what they purchased in the past. Targeting is very easy, which can make sales come easier.
+ Email outreaches and nurturing can be automated and runs superb. + Only software where email templates are too wide and diverse, but also more suited towards the B2B + In B2C arena, it integrates with almost all ecommerce software. We have done with Shopify, Bigcommerce and even Prestashop and Wix. + Emails have excellent options to customize on simple level. No hard coding.
+ Pricing plans are not flexible and are on higher side when it comes to more members of the list. Initial price is less. + Customer support must be faster and much helpful. Believe me! Some of their members themselves are not aware of quite a few technicalities and complexities. + And boy! formatting of fonts is made hugely difficult. But this is usually a problem with lot of other mail providers.
+ Easily integrable. Email marketing can begin asap and no need to have any other plans faster. Its a quickstart solution. When you have shopify plus, go ahead with Klvaiyo asap. + Ecommerce design and template options are embedded so really no need to hire a graphic person and this saves massive cost. + SMS marketing is hugely advantageous since its integrated already. We have used Twilio later though for SMS but initially amazing to start with.
Overall, it comes down to simplicity. All the features that you could need elegantly put into an intuitive package. The segment builder, for example, is the best of its kind in any marketing platform I have ever used. Flow logic feels intuitive and not intimidating. They even provide so many templates for all parts of their platform, along with tons of resource documents, to help new brands get the most out of Klaviyo. But really, the best part of Klaviyo starts with its people. Having been a brand using Klaviyo for half a decade now, it is incredible to see how much their team cares about driving new features that impact businesses. Their project managers, account managers, and technical experts are all top-notch. They constantly seek feedback and ask what would be a helpful tool for brands. SMS is the recent example of coming in and making it what it should be and charging a fair price.
Klaviyo is primarily for Shopify stores at has the best connection, so would be good to see more connections and a tighter Magento connection. But magento is a big beast and more stores are switching to Shopify for many reasons, Klaviyo being one of the valid reasons to switch.
Increasing revenue and our level of ownership in the customer journey. The features themselves include: Email Campaigns, SMS Campaigns, Flows and Automations, Sign up Forms and List Growth, Analytics and Business Intellegence, Facebook Targeting Integration, Segments, Preference Center, Profile Management, and more.
Creating emails is extremely easy; the drag and drop allows me (with no web design skills) to create professional-looking emails.
Email marketing drives the majority of our revenue and we house a lot of our customer information inside of klaviyo because of this. It would be great if there was a more robust CRM component to klaviyo.
Klaviyo allows us to create multiple email campaigns at once and quickly segment our customer lists to reach specific audiences with unique messages tailored to them. We get excellent, quick feedback to test marketing copy, concepts, design, etc. We've found this to be a cost-effective way to run A/B tests.
