"Reliable Protection, HOWEVER......,"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

I like that you can feel confident that keeper protects your passwords.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The fact that the yearly subscription rate went from $9.95 to $29.95. That being said I feel like the optional functions/upgrades should be included or at least some of them. Also, multiple users in the same family should get a discount without having to merge/switch accounts. My husband & I both had keeper when it was $9.95 & want to keep our original seperate accounts & feel like we should get both for the family subscription price. Additionally, I don’t need to put it on more than one device so I shouldn’t have to pay for the ability to use it on multiple devices if I am not going to use it. I also get really IRRITATED when I am prompted on the app all the time to upgrade or remain ‘unprotected’. There should be some additional options included with the yearly subscription price.

What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Best pw vaulting option for companies that I've tried"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

The browser add-in works well, gets to fields that other solutions I tried could not, and can be moved out of the way. Employees get an initial warning that passwords they store belong to the company and can be transferred to their manager if/when they move on (we did not have this with our previous solution, which caused drama.) The free license for home use helps us reinforce good pw habits and also a separate space for work and personal life (as mirrored by Edge browser's work and personal profiles). The support was robust and native-English speaking when I called upon it. The price is favorable relative to the industry. Support for passkeys and TOTP allows teammates to share multifactor auth for company SaaS accounts not tied to SSO.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

I was not able to get the on-premises authorization tool working. I was able to get the cloud-hosted authorization tool working, but it cost $1,500 month in Azure fees so I dropped it. Getting new devices added requires an admin's help.

What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's easy to create and use long, uncrackable (20+ character) passwords, and share them with teammates, even with MFA. Users are getting the message that passwords should not be human-generated, and should be shared via secure channels (i.e. not email/Teams). Project resource passwords are now linked to work teams instead of individuals who might lose them/forget them.

"Great Password Manager at a Reasonable Price"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Keeper does a great job of creating secure passwords for a variety of accounts. Their commitment to security has been great. We have only experienced a very short outage in years of usage so their availability can be counted on. Keeper has been fantastic for shared accounts of which we have a lot. Their sales team is great and was easy to work with. Pricing is very competitive and reasonable.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The UI is a bit old school. Keeper did a good update, but the design still feels old. Support can be a bit slow being email only (unless you buy the higher level support). It can be frustrating when the consumer version gets chat support included.

What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an accounting firm that provides client accounting services to other businesses. As such, there are many shared accounts that we need to be able to access as a team. These accounts tend to be financial in nature so good security is critical. In addition to having a secure method for sharing account credentials, Keeper has made our life so much easier for logging into the many apps we use. Keeper is the only security product that makes us more efficient.

"Powerful tool, somewhat user friendly, the browser extension needs a lot of improvements"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

KeeperSecurity Password Manager integrates well with Azure AD for the user database. The password generator is very useful, and the "helper" that assists you in changing passwords is a great tool. I like the ability to share individual folders with other users, and creating new records is super simple. The Android App is phenomenal.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The worst part about KeeperSecurity Password Manager is the browser extension. There are so many missing features when compared to the vault experience (can't add additional URLs for a login, can't add custom fields, can't manage 2-factor codes, can't change the record type, can't add files or photos... Also, the browser extension "auto-fills" some forms when you don't want it to. You have to disable auto-fill because sometimes it will update a field in a form with info you don't want, and you don't even realize it did it. Also, searching for a record inside the browser extension remembers that search criterion until you close your browser. So, if you go to another site to log in and click the browser extension, instead of seeing the login accounts for the site you're on, you still see the records associated with your last search. Even on a new tab! Extremely frustrating feature. Finally, I'd love to be able to right-click a field and have KeeperSecurity Password Manager copy the field's type and name to fill custom field values. Sometimes more than a username and password are needed when logging in (such as an account number). Other password manager extensions have this feature, making adding custom fields easy without inspecting the page element and manually determining the field's type and name.

What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having shared passwords for our IT team, separate from other departments, and even higher level credentials shared between higher level associates is a handy capability. When a user leaves, it's straightforward to use the tools to change passwords wherever we feel there is a need. No more Excel files with passwords. Access to passwords from any device while still feeling super secure.

"Cool"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

It is kind of easy to use. Intuitive at times and has the ability to back up, save print. I feel lost not having it around.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

It seems a bit expensive. And this aspect may derail a great product. Over time I feel more companies like Google may enter the space with products which ay do most of the job at a lower cost

What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Safe passwords!

"Keeper is a Must"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

This software was/is a great find for me. It truly has proven it's worth in my arsenal of products to make my life easier. Keeper allows me to store logins and passwords with confidence and ease of use for retrieval. I only have to remember one password now for the many that I use on multiple platforms.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Not liking the cost for a single user. The price once was lower, but due to the combining of cloud storage which I never use, the price has more than doubled. Only flaw I have with keeper.

What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not really having any problems because Keeper keeps me in total control of logins and passwords across the web.
