The many options they offer to do during the event but is so complex we ended not using many.
So hard to use. Not user oriented at all, we had to hire a freelancer and even he didn't know how to fully operate it. They offer a service line that has 0 enthusiasm to help and are more sales people than actual support.

I like the availability of the support staff and the thoroughness of the FAQs.
It is very click-heavy, very manual. Some of the features for returning users are limited. For example, copying/duplicating one year's event to use as the template for this/next year's event only converts the session headings, not the days/times, Q&As, or gamificiation set up.
They are updating their connections between streaming and production platforms -- love the newest feature: Live Studio, and plan to use it for this year's event. In general, they are helping us invite a wider audience than what was possible when conferencing in-person.
After a disappointing, hugely frustrating experience with another events platform that robbed me of my time, money and will to live, I found InEvent. I signed on after three intensive demonstrations that vetted all the functionalities I needed for our virtual symposium. I built an entire event in just two days, following the exceedingly helpful documentation which laid out processes in very clear language step by step, and the screenshots were terrific. But the most wonderful part of the experience so far has been the 24/7 online chat, built right into the platform interface. I used it throughout my event-building process, and it was marvelous to have knowledgeable, friendly, efficient representatives provide satisfying solutions at all hours of the day and night, without waiting and hoping for a response like the other guys. It has been a world-class customer experience, by far eclipsing the five previous platforms I'd trialed, purchased, and struggled with due to a clunky interface, poorly written and vague documentation, and zero assistance from tech support when it was needed most. The InEvent platform process has made me want to weep with joy and relief, it was such an easy, enjoyable experience. It was an unexpected thrill to accomplish so much in such a short amount of time, thanks to the excellent tools and guidance that InEvent provides.
Not much to complain about at all. The platform becomes highly intuitive and easy once you get your bearings, but that took a bit of navigating through the documentation. It is well worth the time and effort to review the entire FAQs, as it is the best roadmap to success I've seen in a long time. The few times I hit some snags, the online chat function provided me with the immediate solutions I needed, zero waiting. We will be launching our event shortly, and if the roll-out goes as smoothly as the construction process did, I have no reasons to be disgruntled at all.
I needed a one-stop shop to build virtual symposia through which I offer continuing education to the medical profession. I also needed a professional-looking interface that is straightforward and relatively simple for my attendees -- busy nurses and physicians, among other healthcare stakeholders -- to use, as well as a platform that would showcase and meet the objectives of my education partners.

The endless amout of functionalities that are currently available via the platform and also the openness of the InEvent support team to listen to our feedback in order to continously improve the platform experience/enhancements for both an Admin + end user.
The non-visibilitiy in terms of timelines of items that are currently on InEvent's road map. Unfortunatly at times, it is not possible for InEvent to be able to give a guestimate as to when certain enhancements/features will become available. As we have dates already in the calendars for upcoming events, we do not know if certain enhancements/fix will be available for this event.
Due to Covid-19, we now have the abilitiy to run our events both internally & externally via the InEvent platform which is a great "one stop shop" to showcase everything we would have watned to in a F2F environment.

The InEvent platform UI is among the best I've seen. It's intuitive, allowing attendees to move between sessions and various areas with ease, always keeping the main activities & sponsors/exhibitors within reach, and allowing natural networking and conversation to take place with the least navigation. They are also very receptive to requests for new functionality, which reflects their willingness to look at their product from multiple perspectives to maximize functionality.
Not much! But if I had to choose something, like any changing & constantly improving platform/software, there are a few bugs. However, the InEvent team is extremely responsive in addressing them - making the customer feel heard and respected, with a quick turnaround time.
With InEvent, we are able to offer an easy-to-use solution to replace multiple in-person conferences a year, providing a space for people to learn and connect.

During my research for a platform that would allow us to create more interactive events, someone in my team mentioned InEvent. The account manager who responded to our inquiry was amazing! He not only provided a very thorough replied, he also included a video recording to illustrate some of his points. During our meeting and demo, I was very impressed with how user friendly and interactive the platform was. The modern design on the backend also makes it very easy for someone who's not overly technical to create an event. Other options I liked: the platform allows for breakout rooms to be hosted natively, includes program cloning, and can be integrated with Marketo, Sales Force, Kahoot for gamification, and translation platform Interprefy.
I wish the business model was not based on the number of registrations. Kind of hard for someone to gauge how many they are going to need in the first year of implementation. However, the platform does make it very easy to add additional accounts if needed. One thing that really surprised me is that InEvent doesn't have their own event management packages for the day of the event, offering them only through a third party. I noticed others made the same comment, so I hope this gets fixed in the future.
We were looking for a platform that allowed us to host innovative, interactive events to combat "Zoom fatigue" due to the current WFH situation.
Inevent offers a vigorous set of features and functionality to support virtual meetings and a live video-chat experience with a user-friendly interface. This is a great alternative to other meeting platforms out there. Inevent is also configurable to a variety of different event types and can easily be scaled in size and volume of attendees. The InEvent team has been excellent in working with us to allow for further customization and prolonged testing to create an even more bespoke experience for our team and our clients
Probably the only thing that needs improvement is the backend layout and accessibility since it is a little confusing at first.
We need to provide a variety of event types and platforms with a customizable lobby/hub to our clients at a competitive price point.
With Inevent you have on a single page in a very visual and easy to navigate way everything you need for the organization of your event. Activities, speakers, sponsors, etc.
Because of its simplicity, it can sometimes seem a bit simple visually if there are no nice graphics from the side of the exhibitors or products shown, however, this has been more than solved with the new Neo interface.
We are oganizing virtual events in the current time when the face-to-face events can't be celebrated because of the COVID.
