When I opened my business account with Brex, I didn´t use it very much, but as soon as I started reading and understanding all their perks and benefits, I started using it as my day-to-day business bank account. Zero fee international and national wires. Zero fee international card payments.

One of the things I would have liked when I opened my account with Brex is to know their benefits, advantages and rewards. Now that I know them I regret not knowing them earlier.

Brex offers bank accounts for businesses and startups. And to be honest, I won't open an account with another bank because my funds are safe, and they offer outstanding customer support. It would be much more challenging to have a business account if it wasn't for Brex

The app! It's so easy to upload receipts and to document what the expense was.

I love that I no longer have to save receipts and spend time matching them to the expenses on my credit card report. I get a text message from Brex every time I have a charge on my Brex credit card, then I can take a picture and send it in the Brex text message, and within seconds it reads the image and matches the amount and attaches the image to the correct charge. It's amazing! Love it!

I can save time because Brex matches the images of the receipts with the expenses and attaches them to the charge on the credit card report.

I like the simplicity of Brex and the ability to forward receipts straight to the account. Simple, fast, easy. For busy employees and executives, it's ideal.

I haven't found much yet to dislike about Brex.

Rather than carrying around a card that may get lost, it helps with the headaches "another credit card" to carry around.

You can upload receipts easily. Memo space makes it fast and easy to keep track of spending.

That not everyone can use Brex because of company size limits.

Brex allows me to pay contractors all over the world without having to go into other payment systems.

Brex was a great resource for our company to allow employees purchasing acccess in the field. It allowed flexibility of purchase locations and amounts and documentation on the back end was easy to use and track.

Downside was that we couldn't apply as strict of purchasing limits/locations to each user as some other payment systems offered. This led to over spending or unapproved spending at times.

Brex solved the issue of our field and local team members needing to purchase supplies, gifts, gas, etc while in the field without having to receive a check payment via mail

The perks are amazing, the app is seamless, the partnership deals are awesome, and the support when we need it is quick and helpful. I especially love the expense management solution that is included. It makes it super easy to manage expenses.

The worst part of the experience is the booking integration with Travel Bank doesn't allow me to accept the travel itineraries directly with my calendar because they come from a no reply email... It's a small annoyance, but nothing terrible.

Brex is now handling our banking and our credit card. We use them for expense management and take advantage of their partnership deals to get us great rates with software partners. The perks on the card are better than our last business card.

The format for the website is really clear and intuitive. I'm never at a loss for where to find the information I need or how to complete an action. They send reminders via text and email which is great as well.

The only downside I've come across is very minor. It doesn't seem to work for me in Safari, so I need to use Chrome. Not a huge issue.

It keeps all expenses in one place, easy to track and provide details about each expense to be reviewed and approved.

Brex is great in sending a text alerting me to the purchase I've just made which serves as a great reminder to upload a receipt so I can accurately look back on the sale for accounting purposes.

I think it would be great if there was a link in the text message from a purpose taking me straight to the app so I could upload an image of the receipt seemlessly.

Keeping accurate tracking of all the purchases I'm making for our store so we can see our daily and monthly spend to track where we sit in our attempts to stay within budget.

Simple and convenient receipt upload- send a photo of the receipt to a text that is sent after a transaction and you're done.

I like the seamless integration with Quickbooks and how straightforward it is to input receipts and notes on my expenses. It makes booking keeping, paying, and tracking my company finances easy.

Brex's cash Runway and Scenario Planner are interesting features that I think are currently being "Beta'd" to some users but I do wish there was some more functionality around forecasting or visualizing my company's spend.

Brex is helping me have more transparency into how my company is spending its money. It is helpful to not only have the credit cards and banking aspects but it also allows me to easily pay vendors/invoices in a timely fashion.

I liked the most is there User friendly.

What I like best about Brex is their Customer Support. They're consistently very driven to ensure that your question or issue is resolved as soon as possible. At times when I don't remember to get back to them after the issue is resolved, they will continue to follow up to inquire if the issue still exists or if I have additional questions. I'm very impressed! Their Customer Support definitely EXCEEDS customer expectations!

From my perspective, Brex is helping my company manage expenses and budget management. It is easy to keep track of employee spends.

Very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Sometimes hard to use the virtual cards in places that don't accept virtual payment.

Being able to easily use the budgets my company provides. If I accedently use it it's easy for me to 'pay back' those. Easy to submit a reimbursement.
