We have loved using Baremetrics as a tool to keep our growing business on track! Their tools help us with our forecasting and give us a better understanding of our customer's behaviour.
It is extremely expensive. Even with a 25% discount it is nearly out of our price range
understanding why our customers are cancelling. Forecasting correctly. Keeping a close eye on our churn.
Tons of value here - I would have been happy to pay more for this. Intuitive UI and easy navigation. ALL your biggest KPIs are covered - every type of MRR and churn, as well as ARR, and LTV.
It'd be nice to have the ability to manually add products/expenses to see things like acquisition costs.
I am checking/tracking my MRR daily and checking other key metrics as well.

I love the interface and the support from Baremetrics, but my favorite feature is their Cash Flow Forecast. It works directly off our Stripe data and projects out charges by day, week, or month on a rolling 12 month basis. They project both with all current active subscriptions and with a revenue growth factor applied.
The projections with the revenue growth factor applied haven't worked well for us. I think this is because of changes within our business as opposed to a fault with the app. I hope as we stabilize price, this will become more useful for us.
I found Baremetrics while researching tools to help with cash flow projections. This was the only tool I found that met our needs using our Stripe data. It has allowed me to build out a forecast that is a meaningful predictor that we can make actionable business decisions against.
Baremetrics is a great idea with horrible execution.
It's this simple: During our trial and then subscription, Baremetrics showed incorrect numbers, had flawed logic and calculations, incorrect processing of Chargebee events leading to false conclusions on the active status of customers, a forecasting module that they admit is showing completely bogus data in some cases - and most of their graphs are not working at all if you have any annual subscribers. When reporting 10-20 of these bugs to them, instead of fixing them, they reprocessed the account which lead to almost all data being lost in the account. Their representative called this "interesting". They did at no time provide any timeline for when any of this could be fixed. Finally, when we tried to cancel our account, they made that impossible to do on the website and instead force you to book a phone call. Baremetrics is a great idea, and their graphs are pretty - but if the data and numbers they show are wrong and they repeatedly say that they can't fix the issues in any foreseeable future, then what's the point. If you rely on graphs and numbers from Baremetrics, you risk making ill-informed decisions for your business.
We thought this could become a great tool for measuring MRR, churn, cancellations etc. across Chargebee and Stripe. Unfortunately, with a service that is implemented this poorly and with this horrendous degree of errors - that the team has been unable to fix and are not providing any schedules for - we strongly advise not to use it in its current state.
I like how easy it is to access valuable data.
Pricing per month is higher than I prefer.
Metrics without having to wait around for the data.
The dashboard looks fantastic, and I can customize the views I want as a report. I would also like to mention that Baremetrics chat support is super fast and helpful.
It takes some time to update/refresh the data.
I can take up the reports that I require from the customized dashboard.
