The other reason why I like WordPress.com is its effectiveness when extending functionality of a site as it has plenty of plugins. Also, management of a website is easy from any PC. Another upside of WordPress.com is its cost efficiency. Last but not the least is that WordPress.com is search engine optimized, and published posts are ranked high in Google search.

Updating some plugins such as iThemes security can stop a user from accessing his website out of htaccess issues. Also, Wordpress.com is prone to hacker and other attacks where site data is stolen. The other disturbing part of WordPress.com is its customization as coding is highly needed.
