The platform allows us to manage partners all in one place. Whether we need to message, email, or track progress, Partnerstack allows us to do it all.

Any feedback I've asked to be addressed has been addressed quickly by their customer service team. Their team is absolutely amazing, and they're always adding new features based on customer feedback.

Partnerstack allowed us to organize our partnerships all in one place. Not only that, but the interface is extremely intuitive. To top it all off, their customer service team does an outstanding job of being responsive and helpful. I can recall several instances where their customer service team has gone above and beyond to help us. They even follow up on things they've already solved, and it seems like they have a genuine interest in your success on the platform.

I like that it manages partner relations all in one space, both partners can access the portal. It makes it easy to manage multiple relationships in one place. I also really enjoy the people I've gotten to work with from PartnerStack, Nikita and the team are awesome and super helpful! Love that we can collaborate with them as co-marketing partners in addition to partnering on a referral basis.

I wish there was a more robust HubSpot integration and that the beneficiary portal was more user friendly. It's definitely a bit difficult to get the platform stood up without a dedicated administrator. The referrer portal is great though, very user friendly and has great UX/UI.

We are able to effectively manage all of our partner relations within one platform - no more collaborating via email threads. We are able to see down to the dollar amount, how much revenue has been driven through our partner program and vice versa. It's great as both a beneficiary partner and a referring partner. It helps us establish transparent relationships, manage our incentives, and store sales enablement documentation.

I like how Partnerstack organizes partners and the way you can find their system to find the right ones. Also, the kind of partners they provide is suitable for my niche.

Not having a unified page for all the partners.

Instead of finding partners all over the internet, PartnerStack is a one-stop shop for all your future partners, no more multiple logins or hours trying to find more partners.

Very simple and intuitive platform that shares all the details and data you would want to know about how many people/who/when/etc. are using your affiliate links. Also very easy to know when payments are pending, how much to expect, historical info, and more. Beyond that, actually getting paid is super easy.

Truthfully, there really isn't anything specific I don't like about using the platform. It does its job, it's simple to understand, and easy to use.

PartnerStack is helping our business gain recurring, relatively passive income and easily be able to track and understand what our historic & projected earnings are. It also helps us discover other potential affiliate partnerships that may make sense for our business & clients.

Partnerstack was very easy to integrate with our other systems. It's easy to correspond with our partners via message/email. Being able to group partners by type is very helpful because we can offer different payout and commission terms to different groups. Tagging is very useful to categorize and keep partners organized. The email templates have improved over time too.

The reporting feature has improved over time. It would be great in the future to have a dashboard with saved reports that we could use to better track campaign results.

PartnerStack helps us track and pay our affiliates and partners. It's very easy for both us as administrators and our affiliate and reseller partners. The integration with our payment processor is seamless.

Having an instant insight in the rewards statusses. And its easy to check all rewards from different softwares in 1 centralized place.

Verification and payout time is a bit long.

Managing multiple affiliate programs in one place helps to implement our digital strategy and to focus on our client's needs. The Report section is a great tool to gain insights and improve the strategy.

The categories of the marketplace could be more specific to quickly identify opportunities in our field (e.g. Digital services design). In general, it would be great if rewards approval were faster.

The login is a bit bogus. It fails a lot of times.

The one downside is the tech-heavy marketplace.

PartnerStack is simple to use. It just works. It eliminates a lot of headaches.

There are partner programs not available yet that would be great to have but with time I'm sure they'll add more.

PartnerStack's customer success team is one of the best I've worked with. They really feel like partners on the journey and are so invested in our success, which helps us to be more focused as a team! They will go above-and-beyond for you without hesitation and are keen on jumping in and coming up with solutions with you. Responsive and eager to please at all times sums them up. As a whole PS is a smart group of individuals that care about your success with tons of direction and tactics to help you naviagate the plaform.

Using the tracking platform on the Shopify platform isn't available which forces you to go outside of their platform and use another affiliate tracking platform. This is inefficient from a business side and makes you add another tool to your mar-tech stack. Looking forward to a future feature that helps us consolidate platforms into one (hint hint) .

PartnerStack has been effective in our partner growth trajectory and always helps us iterate to get on the right track. The handholding matters even after the initial onbaording because the landscape is always shifting as well. The platform has progressively gotten better at the analysis stage which helps us measure success quickly and pivot when soemthing isn't working.

PartnerStack was very hands on during onboarding and throughout the ongoing relationship. They have some great people on the team! The platform itself makes it easy to manage our partners and their referrals. Way better than trying to do that through spreadsheets and silo'd platforms.

The only obstacle was the fact that we had to do a bit of dev work on our end to get setup of the package that we purchased. Once again, the ParterStack team was very helpful during this time!

PartnerStack is the leading partner management platform, with the most adoption by our partners. Many partners are familiar with it and are using it already, so that makes onboarding into the platform easier. It also provides some key functionality that is useful for our Partnerships Team. Their customer support/customer success team are also excellent.

The platform has some limitations and is still evolving to fully meet the additional needs for certain use cases.

PartnerStack provides partners with a platform where they can log in to submit referrals and generate referral links. The platform also facilitates tracking referrals and paying referral bonuses.

Our Customer Success Manager has been instrumental in helping us plan, build, and launch our affiliate program. She has been an extension of our team and goes above and beyond to ensure our success on the platform.

We haven't had any significant issues using Partnerstack. The tool is straightforward to use.

Software is not as customizable as we'd like, would love if there was a custom branded solution.
