The automations are amaizing, the agility / flexibility - it can adapt so easily and nicely to your business context, the integrations are life saver as none CRM can offer the maximum on its own. I personaly liked also very much the fact that I could have the free version for as long as it is required, and not just for a month as most CRMs. Usually much more than one month is required to decide if the CRM is the right for you. The price is extreamly good, especially if you consider other competitor products and the provided funtionality and automations.
The support I received during my free plan although it was good, it could jave been better.
Everything is in one place, easy to manage and get alerts when required. I save a lot of time and money while I deliver prifessional services.
Its very simple and user friendly. much time saving than other products available in the market. one good thing about it is that i can configure multiple email addresses of my multiple products for different email campaigns. Tagging on contacts is an awesome thing to manage my contacts.
So far I am still exploring its features. the good thing is that initially when i have any requirement according to my work and i dont know that its available in Agile or not, and when i explore it with keeping my requirement in my mind, i always get a solution.

I think that the price is right for this product .. that's important to small businesses. I love being able to use my iPad to view current standings of active campaigns and contacts. I also love the integration with Twilio so I can send SMS messages to contacts, me, and may staff.
It freezes up at times. Also, you cannot change anything in an active campaign without kicking out from that campaign active contacts. This is a problem for longer-duration campaigns.
I am connecting easily with my contacts. Also, it is wonderful to be able to leave Agile to doing so much of the "bulk" work I once had to do manually.
I like the integration with our website.
the support, I've had dropped calls and not been called back at all at times. I'm still trying to figurire out how to copy templates.

We have created a Landing page and kept track of deals. They make it simple and straight forward. I have already recommended it to my podcast partner.
Sometimes it can be fiddly moving between clients and getting the email connectivity sometimes takes a bit.

The UX. It's icon based and easy on the eyes. When you're busy, this is key.
The calendar. It's in 24 hour time. Unacceptable. Until they change it I have paid for a separate scheduling app.
Keeping track of potential clients in my pipeline. I have booked business I might have forgotten about because I can set reminders to contact people who are interested.
Easibility of use within the dashboard and platfoem
I wish there was a way to do two way texting available, also a way to schedule campaigns to run Monday through Friday, not on the weekends. Also I wish you could run daily campaigns at a set time everyday as an option instead of with a filter etc

I was hoping Social feed ran a bit like Hootsuite allowing me to manage more than the twitter feed. When connecting my account to facebook profile I would have preferred to connect company page rather than personal profile as I do not interact with my client via my personal profile. I'm not a big fan of company VS contact segmentation within CRM, it leads itself to the possibility that the sales team uploads companies with no contact and contacts not accepted to any specific company.For my needs, I would have preferred companies as the default add and then you can add contacts to a company. Ticketing system required more explination, has great potential, but as I deal with many vendors it is not a practical solution for me at this stage.

I evaluated the 10 most popular CRMs before stumbling upon AgileCRM; this CRM was a quick big hit for the simple reason their FREE tier gave me room to really explore the product. I upgraded within a couple weeks once I realized this product does everything I want it do with ease and at a great price point. What do I like best? For one, navigation is a breeze (very intuitive), it's flexible and does everything I want a CRM to do, including email tracking and tracking them to our website. It integrates well with other cloud-based tools and while I haven't needed support they've certainly reached out a few times to be sure I haven't had any issues. I really love how it tracks our relationships!
I have to imagine I'll find something I don't like, but at the moment, nothing comes to mind.
The biggest problem I wanted to address was tracking our email correspondence with our customers - and track them through the sales and service process. So far, so good. We've dramatically improved our ability to keep in contact with out customers - no more customers falling through the cracks, no more weeks without contact...
Very easy to setup. Takes only a few minutes and we're up and going.
Lacks some integration capabilities. Doesn't always works well with online web platforms (Wix for example).
It helped keep track of lead interactions with content (email, social) and develop workflows base don user behavior.
I love that is has so many features at an affordable price. It's am amazing automation tool even if you aren't very technology savvy ;)
I wish they didn't charge you for additional emails without their branding.

I am very impressed with the robust system that agile offers. It is helping to drive the operations of my company. I'm particularly impressed with the support that agile offers. If I ever have a question on how to best utilize the system, I reach out to Patrick who has helped me from day 1. I am able to much more effectively manage my contacts which has led to an increase in service and conversion rate. Agile contains all the functions and abilities that we were looking for but the difference between agile and other companies is the incredible support. Agile has far exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
So far, i have no complaints or dislikes.
We are able to track contracts and continue to nurture our contacts until we receive a signed contract. The ability to monitor and manage each contact throughout the process is invaluable.

Agile CRM is one of the most effective and powerful platforms for sales, marketing and service. it has a great ability to handle data and order actions automatically and eliminates information gaps to a great extent, the leading features of this software are its interface that connects sales, social media marketing and customer service in one place, the customer relationship management system is very good as it has features to add contacts, custom fields, tags and more that allow you to classify customers, seamless integration with applications like Skype and Facebook and lastly it has a great ability to build marketing campaigns from scratch
It is a software loaded with features and does not have enough tutorials especially for the more advanced ones for this reason the learning curve we find it really high, in trend analysis it is a bit deficient, the technical service is poor and its response time is very long, the collaboration tools are insufficient so it is difficult to work as a team and finally the task management does not generate real time updates.
We use Agile CRM to optimize our sales processes as it generates high level sales reports with which we are able to know the behavior of our prospective customers these analytics also greatly increases our chances of achieving a sale, it has solved our online appointment scheduling problems as it has a very intuitive interface that schedules appointment according to calendar, business hours, meeting type and advanced, we solved contact management problems as Agile CRM handles everything and with great accuracy this includes adding contacts, customizable fields, tags, mass actions, calendar synchronization and offers.

I enjoy that Agile is very comprehensive and easy to use. It has streamlined our entire process and saves me at least 50% of the time I was previously spending on data entry and tracking.
So far I don't have many dislikes. I am currently trying to figure out exactly what the dashlet pre-populated stats stand for and where the information is acquired, however they offer many training videos, phone and live chat support.
We are saving time and money and have completely streamlined our process. I am saving so much time on data entry outreach as the form is easy to fill out, the campaigns set apart our sales agents into categories right away and there are templates attached for any emails I need to send through the entire hiring process.
I like the team that supports Agile. All team Prakash, Rabinder from IT ([email protected]) and customer support Joe, Ashley, Raj, Jeff and Jason who I was working with are great. They all have a positive attitude; they are passioned about their business and very dedicated to what they are doing for Agile. I can understand how hard to be so successful in such a turbulent environment as they are working in.
Agile CRM is excellent in terms of use and functionality but has some points that should be developed a bit better. But on the other hand, I was working with SalesForce, Hubspot, and Marketo and they are not perfect-perfect. I hope Agile CRM will be one of the best in the nearest future.
